Criminal Junker in Omega-3 / Omega-7
Guten Tag,
I am contacting you because of an uncooperative ship. It is a criminal Junker ship patrolling in the Omega-7 and Omega-3 system. He says he would be collecting 'donations' for the Junkers, but one of the lawful transport captains I had a talk with, told me he was being robbed by this Junker. I had a one-sided talk with the Junker in space, he wasn't cooperative and has violated many articles of our law. I am contacting you because I want to ask you to hand this criminal over to the Rheinland, if you are able to arrest him. The Inspektorat would like to investigate him. I am to inform you that the Inspektorat will increase patrols in the Omega-7 system to prevent further incidents, I ask you to do some patrols in the Omega-3 system if you have enough officers. I will provide you with all data my division of the Büro has. Unfortunately the repairs of the lawful transport took too long as that I was not able to finish the conversation.
I'm looking forward hearing from you.

We will of course increase our patrol strength to ensure the safe flow of traffic in the Omega-3 system. However we cannot promise that we will turn over any guilty parties that we may arrest as they must first repay their debts to Bretonian Society. After this however, or if they are guilty of crimes against Rheinland and flee to Bretonia, we will happily turn them over.
Perhaps it might be time to consider an extradition treaty between Rheinland and Bretonia.

Criminal Junker in Omega-3 / Omega-7
Guten Tag,
Herr Steiner. Danke for your quick reply. Please don't miss understand me, I am not asking you to turn over such people before they payed their debt in Bretonia. In this specific situation, I ask you to help us arresting him, if Rheinland catches him first, we can turn him over to you after he payed his debts in Rheinland. I ask you to do the same if you arrest him first. I ask you to do so because he broke the articles I will put in below.
Concerning your extradition treaty between Bretonia and Rheinland; I agree with you that a new one would make sence, however I'm not in a position to set up a new one with you in the name of Rheinland. But the Bretonia Police could make an Agreement with the Büro. But therefore you might tell me what points you consider to regulate in that new treaty. I hope hearing from you, Herr Steiner.

Miner Fred is an identified criminal and we will gladly assist the BDM, Rheinland Military and the Federal Police in bringing him to Justice.
Regarding an extradition treaty, the BPA does not have the authority to set such an arrangement up, however if the BDM requested such an arrangement between our two governments, we would certainly endorse the idea.

Sehr geehrte, Hauptinspektor.
I am Rear-Admiral Kaze Nelson Reidman Dagon of the Bretonian Armed Forces. For what I can understand, Her Majesty's Service already is available to accompany you to Cambridge. However I am issuing orders to the local garrison to increase their security level, due to the presence of foreign agents in House space. Norfolk has also been alerted as well, and its CO has already delivered and enacted all operational details regarding your presence. The 14th Fusiliers of the Cambridge IAF are already on a high level of alert, should the SIS need them as fast response. With that..
Your visas are hereby approved. I trust you will act with utmost respect and candure as it befits welcomed visitors of House Bretonia. Do tell your agents to enjoy themselves whenever they can, Cambridge is a well of culture and leisure. Ich freue mich darauf, von Ihnen zu hören, Hauptinspektor.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Kaze Nelson Reidman Dagon
