[align=justify]549 A.S - War, Rheinland is fighting with the Gas Miners Guild for the control of the Sigma cluster, the monopoly on the precious H-fuel. However, the Emperor was tired of the waging war and had to end and commissioned the Daumann engineers under the lead of Dr. Johann von Lothringen to develop a new war vessel type similar to the "Bayern"-class. The project began to evolve and soon the Manufacturers needed money, the Emperor funded the project with a smart move inside the Government and with aid of lobbyist members who supported the war against the GMG. Daumann began its construction in 550 A.S in New Berlin massive resources have been transported to the Ring, the workers were pushed to their limits doing double shifts to complete this vessel, however the war still in Rheinlands favor however their control over Gasminer Naha wouldn't last long enough to gain enough fuel for their fleet, and so they began to build Kruger's Richtofen Station as the main producer of H-fuel within Sigma-13 with the loss of this Station the Rheinwehr decided to move their project which was already delayed to the secret Valhalla Shipyard in Thuringia a highly guarded system closed for everyone but military personnel. however, the engineers on the secret Valhalla Shipyard were working on something new, that could've changed the tide of war and in the following conflicts. Rheinland heavily relied on their capital vessel fleet, the Bayern class Battleship making the most advanced war vessel within Sirius to that time, "Projekt: Rheingold" was created and funded by the Government secretly exhausting Daumann and Kruger facilities the price was high but the reward was the control on the enormous gas fields of the Sigma cluster. The new Bismarck class would be far superior to the Bayern-class its armor around the core was heavily modified and updated, the hangars were doubled in size and weapon placements were changed to increase the overall defense of the vessel against small-sized vessels like bombers.
The conflict between Rheinland and the GMG was at its peak, however, their dominance tactics quickly begun to prove ineffective against the fast guerrilla strikes of the GMG. This coupled with Kusari secretly backing the GMG and the low physical and sensor visibility Sigma-13 and the inability to progress further due to the diplomatic issues of breaching Kusari space put the Rheinland Navy at a massive disadvantage, and allowed the Guild to use their advantage of mobility to steadily pound away at the Rheinlanders until the defense lines began to collapse. The culmination of the war occurred in 668 A.S. as the last standing battlegroup of the Rheinland Military charged into Sigma-13 in an attempt to cause as much damage to the GMG as was possible. They were met by a sizable force of Guild fighters, which slowly reduced the entire fleet to rubble effectively ending the war in a decisive victory for the GMG. Rheinland was left battered and weak, its economy and government collapsing in on itself. With its industries surviving only due to a large loan given by Liberty, and the Rheinland currency suffering from extreme devaluation the house was on the brink of no less than open revolution.
The Valhalla Shipyard was abandoned and "Projekt: Rheingold" was on ice, leaving one of the largest production facilities of Rheinland to literally rust from inside, leaving everything behind equipment, weapons, blueprints. The Station suffered damage from the surrounding environment, asteroids were hitting the shipyard on a daily basis, without the graviton shields the shipyard was unprotected. Valhalla Shipyard was eventually put back into operation during the Nomad War in 799-801 A.S. as infested Rheinwehr forces returned onto the Shipyard rebuilding it into a headquarters to launch their operations and serve their new masters the Nomads. After the Nomad war the uninfected Rheinwehr hunted down every sign of Nomad infected inside Rheinland, the infected soldiers decided to return to Valhalla secretly rebuilding the Station to make the shipyard fully operational again. However, with the few resources they had, it was not possible to make the shipyard fully operational, and so they decided to rebuild the command center and prepare attack wings to raid Rheinland territory. However, the MND and the Rheinwehr despite the size of the Shipyard hold a quarantine around it. It would take more than three hundred years to recover the blueprints and rebuild the Berserkir. Roland Kaiser an infested Rheinwehr Kapitän received a vision from the mindshare, which would result in his visit to Valhalla, searching the Station computers for clues and hints about a large vessel. However, his search wouldn't take too long, while abandoning the shipyard the board computers were never erased properly, the Rheinwehr simply thought they would've to return someday and back up everything they've found on the station. With the blueprints in his hands, Roland Kaiser returned to Altair Research Complex, an advanced shipyard, a hybrid station between human technology and Nomad knowledge. Once again the plan to build the Berserkir would emerge from the past. Roland Kaiser gathered all engineers to a meeting on Altair, presenting another project they'd have to achieve to serve the Nomads eternal crusade. The time has come to finish the logistic division would begin to request materials from their secret contacts all around Sirius.
