My name Daniel Freeman and I'm one of the leaders of The Sirius Syndicate, a mercenary company. I believe we've already worked together in the past but I write you considering something else. I've just met two of your pilots in Vespucci. They were deconstructing a station that we have a large interest in. Something that will be worth your while. So I advise you to hold the deconstruction of the station.
You see... Today I was on a search mission. And Ironically I was searching for an inhabitable object. Such as your base in Vespucci. Now... I can offer you a nice sum of money for it. Just as long as you're willing to sell us the station. We got enough credits to pay you more then you will make out of the station's scrap. Interested?
Safe skies.
Tell me why I should consider your interest in this object - located in Legion space - when you have been angering the Hellfire Legion and destroying the Xenos? Who are you working for? Why offer a sum that is worth more than the station itself? It would be logical to create a new one with said funds, no?
G'day.
That's a lot of good questions. Lemme answer them for ya'.
We have no Hostility Towards the Legion and if by a small chance there is any, we would happily stop it. Honestly, this is our first encounter with the Legion as well, I have no idea what is their problem with us.
With the Xenos tho... They've been a problem of ours since... Forever. They aren't exactly friendly to anyone and they have been destroying our ships for as long as I remember. And so we did with theirs and vice-versa. We don't consider them a problem tho.
About the money... We could only consider purchasing such a station because we do not possess a crew nor a vessel capable of constructing one. Now... Repairing an old one. That's a whole different story. I can offer you credits for the station or you could help us build a new one if you possess such capabilities. Each of those two options would be very rewarding for you.
Safe skies. ~Daniel Freeman, The Sirius Syndicate
The Xenos have mentioned that you have hunted them for money, perhaps you would like to enlighten us regarding your diplomacy and business practices? What are your goals? What do you intend to do with the abandoned husk?
Oi,
Yes. We are mercenaries. That is what we do, we sell our skills to people. In the Xeno case, it was the Libertonians. You would be surprised how much a single Xeno head is worth.
Regarding the base. We would like to repair it, put in some luxury rooms and make the place a little bit nicer. Make a safe harbor for our recruits and their families. You would, of course, also be welcome. Perhaps, if you need any proof of our trust, just say what ye' need. Our Logistics and Intel teams are waiting for ye' mission. Of course. If you want proof.
What would be a value of such a base 2 Billion? We can do more of course. Just askin'.
I see, a station to operate as your headquarters and training grounds... Now now, everyone has preferences. How am I to know that you will suddenly start working for the Gaians in the region? We don't need more instabilities. For us to sell you the station, we would be taking a massive risk, we want to have reassurance that this station is not to be used for ill-intent against our technocracy, so far we see far greater value in repurposing the resources from the asset. Two billion is quite a low convincer, don't you think?
Hey,
What would we have from working with Ga... Ga... Who? Well... I can give you a contract sayin' we won't do anythin' against ye' if that makes you more secure? I'm a man of my word. Plus. With all the big ships I saw you piloting today, why would I think that our humble fleet could take you out? I can't see any benefits in us betraying you.
How 'bout 2.3 Billion, boss? ~Daniel Freeman, The Sirius Syndicate
We at the Inner Phalanx have come to a decision. If you really mean business, you can have the station for ten billion credits. To note, the approximate cost of constructing such a facility is estimated at 21 billion credits. The conditions are simple:
We will leave you alone, you will be left alone in peace to develop, this will work both ways.
We will respect your privacy and will not reveal the station to anyone.
You will not work against us in the region, that includes working with parties that intend to go against us.
From your silence, this indicates that you are not interested and not willing to make a sacrifice for change. That is fine. We will continue the deconstruction process.
