Dear Mr. de Motti:
My name is Jonathan Seabourne and I am the captain of the OS&C liner Breezewood.
My vessel is part of the company's White Spa Line division, a subset dedicated to building bridges with unlikely partners to furnish unforgettable experiences for our clientele. My organization is looking for new experiences for our most jaded travelers, and my understanding is that your organization is looking for opportunities to forge more legitimate business connections with other Sirian houses. I believe we can be of mutual benefit to each other.
Ever since I was a small child, I was obsessed with ship-spotting, keeping track of the various vessels that would take off and land on my native Pittsburgh. I joined OS&C because I found the Enterprise class liners to be truly magnificent. I've seen many of the strangest and most beautiful ships Sirius has to offer, but I have always wanted to make a pilgrimage to the ships that started it all. I, along with many of my clients, long to see an original sleeper ship. Not the refurbished tourist trap in Manhattan, a gutted shell that's now merely a skyscraper with an interesting story, but an honest to goodness vessel floating among the stars.
My understanding is that while the Hispania made it to Omicron Alpha, it never landed on Malta proper and is still floating in almost pristine condition, looking like how it did 800 years ago. I would very much like to offer the opportunity to make a one time pilgrimage to the site to my fellow ship-spotters, but obviously I would never dream of taking a liner into Maltese space without the blessings of the powers that be.
I was hoping your organization might be of help either making this dream come true or putting me in touch with whoever might be the more appropriate person to talk with. Of course, the Breezewood is happy to pay any resulting transit fees, just so long as we get to gaze upon the rarest of ships in all of Sirius. If this is something your people have no desire to facilitate, I of course understand and respect your sovereignty over Omicron Alpha's space.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Seabourne

Signore Seabourne,
I apologize for late reply.
You are right, indeed. The sleeper ship "Hispania" came to Castilla (former Omicron Alpha) system but was already damaged by past sabotage around Omicron Gamma and further years of drift, but still, yet it's the monument of our common past when we all just started to colonize the Sirius. Some a little bit earlier, the other - later, but we came on similar ships, one of which as you already noticed is still drifting in Castilla.
But let us return to the crux of the matter. I see no problem with Breezewood's journey to Castilla and "Hispania" memorial, but with a few conditions:
You will pay a one-time fee for a single journey within Maltese territories in the amount of 10,000,000 credits to QC|Bank account.
Your route will be carefully designed and discussed with a Cartel representative.
Your ship will be escorted by our security forces during the journey within Maltese territories for your safety.
Besides, our corporation is also offering you a small shipment of Cardamine for filling into hookahs if your passengers are interested in our merchandise as for the journey within our territories to observe "Hispania" memorial. If you will find our proposal interesting, we also can provide you with instructions for usage and warnings about the consequences of Cardamine usage and signs an overdose.
Distinti saluti,
Antonio de Motti,
Chief Executive Officer, Cadiz Cartel
Your terms are generous and eagerly accepted. Ten million is a fair price for such an experience, and we on the Breezewood would feel infinitely safer with an escort and planned out route. I have never visited Castilla before, and I look forward to crossing off another system from my bucket list with guides well versed in the area.
On the cardamine front, however, I am afraid I must decline your generous offer. While it would be fitting for my passengers to indulge in it as homage to the system, the Breezewood is a White Star Lines vessel, meaning we do not allow any substances on board that are deemed to be contraband by our partner houses. I have always been intrigued by cardamine myself, but I do not want to do anything that would compromise my vessel's reputation in the eyes of LPI et al. Other branches of OS&C might be interested in your services in the future, however, if this venture goes well.
On a personal note, thank you for helping make an old ship-spotter's dream a reality. You've made a friend in OS&C today.
Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne
