Mesdames et messieurs,
I would like to open by expressing my disappointment that Bretonia refused your offer for Aland shipyard, It was mine and President Lacroix' hope that such a deal would be able to bring our two companies much closer together.
We do still however have other opportunities available to us, with security improving along the Zurich-Cologne corridor we feel it is time to kickstart the proposal for the space colony in orbit of Planet Hamburg, our engineers have been hard at work and have drawn up blueprints for the proposed station and are prepared to discuss with your people the best way to approach construction and logistics.
We have other projects due to begin within Rheinland and we feel as though a drive to invest within the local economy will benefit both of our houses.
Provided you are still interested in this project and provided everything goes to plan, we have other ideas regarding damaged infrastructure within your house.
I look forward to your response.

Mesdame Directeur,
It pleases me immensely to hear from you once again.
The matter of Aland is indeed disappointing alas I am afraid that Bretonian government policy prevailed over sound economic reasoning in that particular case. We are nonetheless grateful for the potential credit-line you have extended to us.
I do share your enthusiasm when it comes to future cooperation of not just our organizations but our Houses as well. The provisionally named Binnenalster Space Colony would be a perfect opportunity to rekindle a mutually beneficial and longstanding partnership. I will back-channel with The Imperial Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Imperial government as a whole but I am of the belief that their interest in this project is still strong. That includes the final proposed cost of the project as per your calculation and according to the agreed conditions.
As for the vital Zurich corridor, I believe the best course of action would be to convince both our governments to conduct a joint mission against the Hessian blight occupying the system currently. It is my opinion that only then can can the road to Rheinland from Gallia be truly secure.
As for other projects, I believe the Empire of Rheinland would be equally interested in what your corporation has to offer. After all you are correct that the civil strife has taken its toll on Rheinland's infrastructure.
I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the matter.

Herr von Kelsen,
I am overjoyed to hear that interest in the project is still high. We have put significant emphasis on the motto 'Gallic designed, Rheinland built', our engineers have ensured that the resources needed to construct the station are readily available within your borders, aside from a few proprietary modules that will be produced in Gallia and shipped to the construction site.
I am excited to hear from the Imperial government, heres to hoping we get an extravagant ground-breaking ceremony once construction begins.
I have lobbied the Confederal government for aid with the Zurich problem, however with the current invasion still on-going they are reluctant to send any forces our way. I believe I have made headway and hopefully we should soon have access to a force that can be deployed in a joint-operation with the Imperial government, should they desire the assistance.
As for our final topic to discuss, it is no great secret that EFL seeks to expand its market beyond Gallia, the President, board and I all believe that Rheinland is the market to expand into. With our successful projects in both Frankfurt and Sigma 15 we now seek ways to continue this trend and cut overall operating costs, namely partnering with Daumann Heavy Construction and granting your house the ability to manage its own infrastructure network, free from those who would seek to use it as leverage to control you.
Obviously this would be a very expensive undertaking and this is still a very raw idea. I have yet to consult the Parisian Assembly regarding this, and I'm sure you'll have a strong desire to take this to the Empire, however the jobs that could be created through such a project would be a massive boon to both of our houses.
I look forward to speaking with you further on the matter.

Mrs Baudelaire,
Good evening.
My name is Ian Gunn, I've been appointed as the new General Director of DHC. I've been reading through your conversation with the former General director Mr. Albert von Kelsen. Anyways, with Rheinlands dwindling resources it will be the right step to look for new opportunities that reach beyond the borders of Rheinland. As already mentioned I will work closely with the Imperial Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Imperial government to direct our efforts with the highest efficiency. But before we can take up our work we have to solve the issues of Cologne and the Red Hessians that have taken over large quadrants of the system I also hope that your conflict with Kusari will resolve peacefully and in the nearest future without further bloodshed as we've seen enough of it over the last decades. Due to the situation in Gallia, I cannot expect you to send any vessels towards Rheinland and we have no clarification from the Kusarian authorities about any cargo embargo to and from Gallia. Anyway, this is currently a very rough situation and without risking any of our employee's safety I'd say we wait until everything settles down in our favor basically either the war with Kusari stops and you're free to travel through Kusari or our Imperial Military somehow manages to reconquer Cologne. All in all, we simply have to wait and hope for the best.
This is all for now. I am expecting your answer soon Mrs. Baudelaire.
