To whom it may concern,
I am Deputy Director Statham, I am the one in charge of the Gallic Operations for Her Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service. One of our agents recently came across one of your pilots in the Roussillon System. While I am going to elect not to comment on our own agent's... let's say lack of tact I will say from the data logs received your pilot was more than hospitable to ours. Furthermore, we have not forgotten about your invaluable service to The Crown during the Gallic War.
As such, the Director has seen it fit for me to reach out to your organization and see if there is anyway that we can assist your organization in its efforts against the reformed "Gallic Union" as it were.
Deputy Director Zackery Statham; Station Chief of Gallia
H.M.S.I.S
I have reviewed the old records and indeed past Maquisards have worked with your organization. Much has changed and much hasn't. What hasn't changed is that we are still an amalgamation of all sorts of ideologies and former members of social classes, working together for a common cause. As such the "tact" of your operative wasn't exactly something I don't come across daily. Some of our Maquisards are women men and people beyond the binary of let's say...actions, not words.
What has changed however is that the "Dog" has become the "Master". Those that once called themselves Councilliards have now joined our flag, realizing that bending their values through compromise leads them only to the brink of extinction.
What do we need
We are outmanned and outgunned. Extremely. Even with the mass influx of Council military personnel, we are decades away from being able to openly challenge the Union. Our usual tactics of infiltration have also been extremely difficult to execute since the ex-Royalists and military call the shots, the lax Royal Police has been replaced by an enlisted force that keeps the security of Union's installations tight. Victories like the Indochine are very hard to achieve for us unless we catch Union assets in the open, create elaborate and costly diversions or use the arising situation. At least our propaganda arm is working well, however. So we need anything you can provide. Supplies, weapons, manpower, information - on Sirians we can deal with, who is the Union dealing with, anything you can give.
The immediate need
Right now what we need specifically are 3 830 Fusion Diodes - do you think it is something you could get us or find an intermediary who could?

Zachary,
The diodes are done and not needed - we are still looking for any sort of supplies you can provide. There is also a potential opening in the future that would involve the SIS - it appears that Crayter is willing to unwittingly lure Union forces to Roussillon. I am not sure how serious they are, but we have been in the system for well over fourteen years now continuously - we can attack anyone who shows themselves in the open through a myriad of ways. Taking on the Union head-on in Gallic Core worlds is an impossibility at this time, due to their access to their supply lines and the lack of a suitable complicated environment that Roussillon provides and our core Maquisard forces prefer to operate in. Luring them all the way to our home turf would be a dream come true. The environment, the vulnerable supply lines, the breach of the blockade, and the reaction it would bring, the potential for other Sirians to hit them in the open. I am almost getting a little aroused about the prospect of them trying to come here let me tell you!
I am not sure if we can use your help to create this opening, or if abusing Crayter and their obscure claims as bait for it is something you can stomach, but it is something we could explore.
But those are complicated songs of the future, we hope you can spare any sort of supplies in the meantime.
