"Captain, its Civil Servant, I interrupted your conversation with Herr Klugmann outside of Bruchsal.
"I am happy our conversation took a turn of immediate interest. I'm sorry that I couldn't divulge myself too much but the matter at hand is for the safety of your and your crew, especially greenhorns to say the least. I don't know how you and your crew are handling themselves within this unstable period of the Rhein, but I ensure that you have our call if you require any means of support as a fellow ally.
"If you want the political structure of our organization, I highly suggest you contact Herr Klugmann for his insight as I am no way near the political specialist on the matter. On this time I'm wishing to assess the situation of the many fronts we face from the Imperials, Corsairs and increasingly feverous Maltese; even anything that you feel increasingly concerned about such as increased Hessian friction to heightened corporate oppression. To gather intelligence on potential threats is the first step, and knowing that from frontline individuals like yourself and your crew is a step in identifying actual threats rather than what is decided under corporate interests. If you think this is me merely asking... you're right.
"To note, in increasing numbers of opportunity, we are certainly trying to stake a reputation to amend what was once a unthreatening assembly of truly dissatisfied people. Therefore we need cuts that blow deep into the fear of the elite, deeper than their wallets can patch. I suggest hitting Daumann, Kruger and RGS transport targets for their goods and corporate wallets more often, if the crews value their lives then they will not put the assets and profits of a soulless and unethical corporation to rest. Salvage the assets if you must or if the needs are desperate for those you know at home. But this is less about our own benefit as soldiers and more about putting doubt into those who feel invincible to their oppression and selfish attitude with the tools they made, Us.
"Also, any questions you have I would be happy to answer to the best of my abilities. Hearing from you would be most appreciative, Captain. "

Unity within The Platform
"Sajer, CS here and I've got something of interest that might be up your alley.
I know that uniform of yours is of a gunship commander, but under the platform I doubt we have anyone else to turn to in terms of strategic heavy-support tactics. So I'm hoping you can effectively utilise what we've managed to rescue in Thuringia. I've heard rumors of your ghost stories to your crew members, seems a few of my own took a liking to listening in. But I hope you're ready to handle one of your own....
"We've recovered a Donau-Class heavy support cruiser, it's been in quarantine near Tennsdedt for the past week as it was involved in the experimental operation with the MND as a support detachment from the Military. Unfortunately for this Military assigned ship, the extra crew they took onboard prior to its deployment were all compromised, we recovered 3 human survivors, confirmed 147 humans dead, 24 infected humans dead and burnt, 5 parasitic infectors corpses identified and burnt. As such we've taken precautions to ensure that no compartment of this vessel goes unseached, we won't be releasing this vessel for another week until we've completed a total sterilisation of every corridor, quarter and access tunnel by our purge teams.
"But that leaves the obvious question for us to answer, what to do with this armoured husk? While the DM would have use this for some sort stationary defensive system, the militia raiding fleet could very much see the use of this vessel within your hands, although considering the damage it's systems took internally from the fighting and the Platform's current shot-supply of manpower, it may be some time until we get this cruiser retrofitted with new equipment and automated systems... Once the cruiser is space-worthy, I'll contact Geneva in an attempt to grant you facilities to seek a station for equipment upgrades and repairs too. There's only so much we can handle here and Tennsdedt.
"I hope to hear from you soon sajer, I know asking someone to carry a ghost-ship under the command is usually a big issue... Although I don't think I know anyone else here that could handle such a beast better than yourself.
"Also, final note... I'm placing you as provisional leader of the Gloaming Flotilla. You're first to know beside myself of Klugmann's indisposition."

CS,
I apologize for the delay in my response, but I hope you understand that assuming operational control of the Flotilla was of a higher priority than a bit of paperwork. I flew out to Tennstedt once I had the opportunity to do so, and I have to admit that what I saw was quite impressive. It’s been many years since I was able to set foot on a Donau-class ship, and I’m glad to see that my memory of their capabilities matches up to what I saw aboard the Holtzendorf. Junior Lieutenant Braun was quite forthcoming with the capabilities of the ship, and even offered to assist us in the repairs to the vessel, in exchange for us allowing him to remain among the Bundschuh. I’ve given him provisional approval to do so, pending the completion of repairs to the ship.
As far as proper repairs go, fortunately most of what we needed to get the ship at least space worthy, and for the rest of things we will have to contact our people in Cologne. I can’t say what everything we would need to make the ship completely operational again will be until we talk to them, as they by far have the most experience working with military vessels, and my own experience is almost entirely limited to the Oder-class vessels. I’m rather busy getting things in order with the Flotilla, so if you could reach out to our people there that would be for the best. I’ll have a report for you in regards to the Flotilla’s capabilities as soon as I can.
