Konnichiwa respected members of the Government of Kusari,
My name is Yaeko Murase, representing All Worlds Enterprises & Securities as their Regional Operations Director - Kusari region.
It has been quite some time since the unfortunate attack and loss of life at Roppongi Station in 832 AS, and all ships are reminded of the catastrophe regularly as they pass the empty wreck near Planet New Toyko.
Today I would like to ask for the government's permission to move forward with normalizing the situation around that wreck, mostly for safety but also some closure on the event.
As we do not have the proper expertise to assess whether the station can indeed be decontaminated and recovered, we would like to contract the inspection and clean-up through our business connections at Sirius Entsorgung (SEO), and proceed from there. It is my understanding that this group has been helpful in Kusari in the past, given their assistance with the Osaka clean-up in Honshu, gathered from reports of our ships witnessing their efforts in passing over the years.
We humbly await your response before any efforts to move forward with these plans and work to deal with our station's issues in New Tokyo.
Sayonara,
Yaeko Murase

The tragedy of Roppongi stands as a grim reminder to Kusari and Sirius on where ignorance towards the concerns of certain parts of the population can lead to. It is a shameful display but I must admit that the previous Diet refused to address the clean up of the wreckage on purpose. Perhaps the previous joke of a Prime Minister considered this his legacy. Anyway, I am starting to move off topic.
Recent assessments conducted in a joint venture by State Police units and Samura Industries engineers came to the conclusion that the interior of the station is irradiated beyond repair on decks three to nine. The entire hangar sector is just contaminated debris within the outer hull. To keep it short, Roppongi would require to be rebuilt entirely, with all of the wreck parts being subject to specialized transports elsewhere.
As I am informed, the outer hull still successfully shields the nearby space from any radiation, however the time for a full clean up of the site is long overdue.
We are pleased to see Interspace Commence break their late silence regarding Roppongi's fate and show of interest to clean up through their subsidiary All Worlds Enterprises & Securities. The expertise of the named ALG subsidiary is well-known to us and we see no harm in inviting them to assist Interspace Commence here. Quite the contrary, our minds would be at ease knowing the right people will be entrusted handling the highly irradiated wreckage.
Please keep in mind that all that concerns us right now is the professional removal of the wreck, any future steps shall be discussed once this task was completed.
