adoxa's storyfactions appears to modify what is otherwise a hardcoded list in FL's memory, presumably altering the outcome of Reputation::IsStoryFaction calls. Wonder if FL has more criteria for using that than we are aware of. Sounds like we might need some reverse engineering to figure this one out.

I think we should add a note to the bottom of each of these infocards saying what the faction's purpose is.
