We have arrived to render any needed assistance. Our biodomes will provide more than enough food, water and home grown medicines to furnish those aboard the base. Our engineering staff has begun working on the base infrastructure and systems. We will stay until these repairs are made and the base is self sustaining again.
At this time, a power link has been established with the base to keep it stable and some 300 engineers are on board doing their job. If there is anything else that can be provided, let me or our chief medical officer know.

Commander Haddock, Dr Tesh, you guys are a welcome sight indeed. I am Silvan Argus, one of the few folks here at the Freeport that are still trying to figure things out. Thank you for coming to help us and those who live here in peace. Your engineers are doing a fine job, but i believe our main reactor took a rather large hit in one of the attacks, it seems to have a large hole in it, or so i'm told. If you could prioritize that repair, we would be that much closer to being self sustaining again. At least the need for those power linkages would no longer be there. Which would allow you to move off if the Corsairs were to launch another offensive while you are here. The supplies of food and water are being distributed as we speak. I can honestly say, I've never seen happier folks than those on this station right now. Please keep us updated on the repair progress, if the reports dont happen to cross our paths before your that is. Thanks again for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

My engineers are hot on the reactor. With the power beam we have provided from our ship, we were able to shut it down and begin work on it. We have enough raw materials for now but some bulk steel or better yet, iridium, will come in handy.
While we are there, your people may visit our ship's lounge, Pleasantview Lounge. Our piano player is quite good and his work helps us all forget as we need to. I have instructed the head bartender, Doreen, to advance you all some credit. Here's a picture so you know who to look for there:
Mr. Argus, we are honored to help. We will be there until the base is self-sustaining again.
Regards,
Commander James Haddock
