Apperently we need to remind you that our company is one of the few Rheinlandish companies still allowed to operate in Libertonian space seeing as we have always taken a neutral stance on politics of any nation. We have no intent to start up Large scale Scrap metal collection operations in Liberty as of yet.

However, as you might know(or not, if not you really should stay in touch with your contacts in the government) we have been in negotiations with the Libertonian governement for several years now about the clean up of the debris fields in the republic, starting with those in the New York system. These operations have been put on hold because of the current diplomatic tensions between the Bundesrepublik Rheinland and the Republic of Liberty.

We have been asked to also investigate the possibility of cleaning up the hazardous zones in Texas and what you encountered was a trial run to gather information about the density and the radioactivity of said field.

Quite easily said... its non of your damn business. We have no intent to move into your business areas and I hope you don't have any intent of trying to venture in an industry that you can not handle.

Ok, Herr Lotti, provide to me this instant the agreement ALG can take scrap metal from Liberty. And ALL relevant documents regarding this.

For as far as I am aware, we saw you applying to try and claim on a gate that was well obscured by a singularity that rendered it useless and unobtainable. You backed down and decided it was not worth it. And as far as I am aware, your ONLY contract in Liberty is to take waste from Ageiras station in Colorado. Not DSE scrap from Texas.

Get your scrap straight.

This is your final warning, before we declare corporate war upon ALG;

If you call me a cabage one more time I will start calling you a hot dog. Fairly simple, the messages you quoted where from my boss Herr Aunshweig, he has moments of confusedness. That message was one of those moments.

You are asking for contracts that do not exist yet , the operation you are discussing was for the Libertonian governement as side project of the ongoing negotiations to clean up Libertonian scrap fields. Fields that your companies operations have produced and are causing hazards for all kinds of shipping.

Our contracts in Liberty are currently:
- toxic waste disposal for the prison stations of LPI, including representatives of our company to maintain the contracts
- Toxic waste disposal for Ageira

I am not going to just hand over these documents as these are agreements between two companies other then Deep Space engineering. I have no idea how you would handle your documents and they may end up in the hands of Rival companies.

About the threats of us and texas, we will never seize our operations in Texas. The only operations we have there are for Liberty Police incorporated and convoys of our ships going through there with toxic waste in the direction of Rheinland.

Dear Helmut Lotti,

Before I begi,n trust me in saying that when I'm woken up at 2am after a long night of shift-work I am not a pleasant man to deal with. After finally getting back to my workstation aboard the Operations Platform I find this file rather large on my desk, needless to say how did this come about?


Anyway enough of the rambling, The president has some pressing matters to attend to hence he called me to deal with this issue of scrap the settlement that has been going on .I would like to know why ALG are mining the scrap we are contracted to refine. I say this in a peace negotiations, The President again will be sitting a meeting explaining to his staff why a corporation such as ALG Waste Disposal should be considered hostile and I will be getting back to you on that in due time.

Before I start Yelling and pointing the big bad finger at people I would like to know what the actual issue here is. and how it came to be such the issue it is now. If it's the scrap you want, I'm sure an arrangement can be made. if its a war your after, then by all means.

Please Direct your replies and concerns to me, as I will be sure to answer them in a reasonable time frame, In the most neutral communication I can.

Guten nacht Mein Herr Petrone,

Finally a person that is quite friendly in their way of talking who does not start to threaten at the beginning of his conversation. ALG has entered negotiations with the Libertonian governement back in 814 and was supposed to start clean up operations on the detroit debris field in 818 as. These negotiations where haulted in march 816 because of rising tensions.

The director of shipping security and infrastructure of the Ministry of economics of Liberty has recently requested a new report on the quality of all fields and report if and how they could be cleaned. Whilst previous conversations had only been about the fields in New York now it also included the scrap fields of Texas.

I've been trying to find these records of these conversations but these where all restricted acces and even I could not open the original transcripts.

One of my subordinates had asked our science departement to send two vessels to investigate possibilities of the dallas fields. This subordinate however forgot to do a background check on any operations that where already taking place in these fields.

The two captains that where gathering information and samples in the field where therefore not informed properly. A DSE patrol intercepted them and that is when the unpleasantness started, I was not informed of this till I saw the message from your president this morning.

We have no intention of scrap metal mining in Liberty yet, if we do we would have discussed this properly seeing as you have major claims and operations in these fields already.

Ofcourse we do not want any conflict, we just want to peacefully do our jobs and rid the sector of their waste and make a profit from this. '

I hope we can end the hostilities soon.

Firstly, I was not in the patrol that intercepted you, I was in my sleeping quarters on the Operations Platiform. You encounter Mr president and a small patrol group. Now I don't know what was said and lets face it if we started mining in your backyard I'm sure you wouldn't be too happy either. Taking samples to Ames as you said, I'm sure that wouldn't been a problem although I fail to see how 2 massive cargo ships would be required for that, and I believe that's where the confusion may have started. You see taking massive amounts of scrap to a base on the otherside of liberty, is somewhat taunting to the president.The rudeness shown on both sides is something that will need to be adressed, the quicker we cant deal with this the better, so let's not get held up by calling each other asorted foodstuffs.

I can only agree with this completely. Enough harm full things have been said and whatever is the outcome of this conversation, the need of this conversation has not been good for business.

I can only suggest that we not interfere with your operations in Texas, we have no intent of taking over your operations in the Dallas clouds and if we ever do want to start operating in those clouds proper negotiations with you will take part before. Same goes for any scrap metal operations in New York. If the contract to clean up those clouds ever gets signed there is no way a Rheinlandish company can do so without a local company supporting its operation.

What I can offer, as a peace token as you may say is that we handle the toxic waste produced on your Baltimore shipyard for free for 4 months.

However, before we do so we must have the official say that we will not get shot at as your director said earlier in these negotiatons.

I hope this is acceptable to you so we can end hostilities and move along with more profitable activities.
