I've never seen any NPC Border Worlds Transports in Bretonia (or anywhere else).
Besides, the slave liner seems to be missing in the unlawful liner section on that page.
And besides THAT, I fail to see the "edit" button on there.
Why does it state the BTW is an ulawful ship in Bretonia?

Because whoever added it to the page equated Border Worlds with Outcasts when, in fact, the ship itself is neutral. It's infocard used to say that it was built by Border Worlds Transport in previous versions of Disco, if I recall correctly. The BWT should be listed as neither lawful nor unlawful for any house.
As for the Sarissa and Ranseur...I'd love to see NPC flying those around but I highly doubt I'd ever see that in Bretonia unless the covert ties between Bretonia and the Outcasts turn into an overt alliance. But, in that case, they still shouldn't be under unlawful for the house.
