This comm channel will serve as notification to the authorities if Republican Shipping Captains come across any embargo violators, or others breaking the Laws of Rheinland. Republican shipping vessels do not have the firepower or authority to apprehend these criminals ourselves, but we hope that through communicating with RM and RFP vessels in space and in this channel, we can bring these offenders to justice.

Circumstances and notes (time, location, additional info): This vessel was encountered at Bonn station. It did not dock. How he evaded the battleship's sensors I will never know.

Furthermore, as I know Det. Daniel is part of your shipping captains; I hope he didn't brought you to ze idea to merge ze jobs between ze RepEx and ze Bundespolizei.
Don't get me wrong, we're delighted of any help we get, but ze RepEx should focus zeir tasks to ex- and import.
Vell, if you've ze opportunity to see a violator of ze Rheinland laws, you can forward him to zis channel, BUT as result of ze different apprenticeships your captains and our officers have, I will look at your reports before I add zem to ze RCDB.

Guten Morgen Oberst Bommel and Herr Richter.
I would like to state for the record that I was not a part of this idea. I hadn't even a clue that such was in the works and surprised when I saw the report.
Now to state that such is a bad thing would be wrong, and having pilots such as RepEx and RMW (Rhienland Mineral & Waste), and other companies doing work of the Federal Polizei I believe should be limited. I enjoy the fact that the companies of Rheinland are putting a good foot forward to help us out, but it should be with caution to not go out of their way to do so.
Perhaps this would be a great point in which to teach and educate companies on what to do should they spot an embargo or illegal goods runner in Rheinland space?

I apologize Obt. Bommel, the intention was not for Republican to supersede the RFP, but to simply consolidate our method of reporting crimes to you. This channel was built without Det. Daniel's involvement, but he is more then welcome to use this channel, as is every other RepEx captain.

That is an interesting accusation. I will look into it. The pilot of that vessel is a contractor, and was perhaps over zealous in his confrontation of war profiteering.

Our Head of Security was running a training mission, and as he exited the lane near the gate to New Berlin he noticed the aforementioned smuggler carrying copper ore. He was followed to the Bering Jumpgate, but since there were no RFP around, the smuggler escaped into Bering.

A RepEx transport was returning from Bering on a contract supply run to the Freeport when he noticed this IMG smuggler carrying copper ore. Again, as no RFP were around, the Republican captain was not able to stop the shipment of Copper Ore out of Rheinland.
