A few weeks ago we spoke about arranging a bit of a shipping operation for some supplies to you and your fellow warriors. Due to some technicalities, I was only quite recently able to proceed with supplying Kyoto with a some things that I thought useful to the Shogunate.
Using my newly dubbed transport, the Swift.Endeavor (Of which was approved for entry into Chugoku by you, Mister Takeru), I was able to drop the following off at Kyoto:
There is plenty more where that came from, as well! Any other commodities worth mentioning should be mentioned, so that I may do my best to ship some to you warriors. As far as payments go.. Well, although I would love to do this all for free, all these things as well as the costs for fuel, repairs and maintenance set me back a fair amount of money. I am certain that a reasonable agreement can be reached as far as the subject of money goes.
Do bear in mind that I am also willing to seek out certain salvageable weapon systems in addition to normal supplies. Be they what most know as "Code names" or otherwise, I am quite capable of getting whatever you folks need as long as it is asked of me. For instance, I keep a few of the salvaged weapons on my footlocker aboard Ainu. While they most likely would not work out in the field, they would probably be good enough for experimental and training-type purposes. Details on what I have need simply be asked for, and I will gladly share a list of what I currently have in my possession.
Any questions or concerns? I am happy to answer either!

I am glad to see that you have been able to deliver the supplies. There is no doubt that these commodities will be helpful when it comes to replacing and repairing equipment and ships. The Rising Sons wish to thank you for your commitment to our cause : we will make sure to reward your actions adequately.
However, we always need more. Our scientists are currently working on improving our scanner technology, as well as other various projects. That is why we require the following to be delivered to Sendai :
[color=#CC0000]
Bio-Neural Processors, Neon and Gaian Wildlife.
The exact amount is left yours to decide, but must not be lower than a full cargo hold for each commodity.
In order to find the Complex, you will travel to sector 2E in Okinawa. Then, wait for one of our patrols to pick you up and show you the way. Needless to say, the location of the base must remain absolutely secret. Do not fail us, Ruousha-San.

Welp, I got some of the stuff you asked for shipped to Sendai. Expect a delay on the Processors, however. First I need to figure out where I can get some of those for a bargain..
Met up with a gunboat patrol along the way in Chugoku. The crew then proceeded to show me the way to Sendai from there.
445 fauna (These things tend to require more room than normal cargo. As such, this is as many as I could safely fit into my transport)
Not too long thereafter, I made a trip and back concerning a load of Neon, as per your request. No problems stuffing all that into my Bumblebee. I met up with a patrol in the aforementioned sector in order to find Sendai again.
Also, I should probably ask: Should any additional Iridium shipments be delivered to Kyoto Base, or Sendai Complex? Since Iridium is mainly used for the production of anti-matter weapons systems and projectiles, it could be a good idea to have a shipment or two taken to Sendai. Dunno though, your call.

Interestingly enough, I got the Processors from some rather tolerable Gallics. Even more interesting, is what I came across along the way.
Today, I have discovered the existence of two rather peculiar items... As such, I thought I would download the information the Gallics gave to me on the items, and share the data with you folks.
I had not yet heard of these substances before... Perhaps they are unavailable within the Sirius Sector? Whatever they are, I thought the folks at Sendai would like to know more about them.

Daimyo Maeda has been assigned to a scouting mission in the Taus, hence he wasn't be able to answer in this channel in the past days. Accept my most sincere apologies.
Back on topic, you attached a few reports of some sort of commodities found in Gallia. Even if my wisdom can't let me tell you what these substances are either, our scientists in Sendai will be more than glad to get two small samples (400 containers each) of these substances. If they can prove to be useful for our war machine or in any other field, we will let you know so we can adquire more samples.
Aside from that, our engineers in Kyoto requested 2 full shipments of processed copper, as well as an extra delivery of Bio-Neural processors. That would be all.
Your swiftness in accomplishing these tasks are quite amazing, Ozei-san. Adding this to your succesful service to the Shogunate in the bounty board, I'm quite sure you will appreciate our reward for such success. Proceed to the 16th docking bay of Kyoto and ask Hatamoto Kenji for the Red Wyrm. We hope you find it useful.
In case we ever require you for any kind of special task again, we will contact you via this channel.
I also intend on shipping in a few more components for ship building, as well. You know, since a small handful of fighters were lost at the battle for Kurile just last week.
Which also reminds me... Are you interested in maybe one or two fighters fully kitted out with some special equipment, Mister Oshiro? I can get pretty much whatever civilian ship you want, and in the case of the heavier models (such as the Eagle) I can even throw some experimental weapons systems on there for no extra charge! I tend to find a bunch of them while out exploring anyway, so it is iie trouble at all.
In-fact, I could actively seek out particular experimental weapons (Many know them as "Code names") in case anyone was perhaps seeking them.
