[font=Verdana]SUBMITTER:Agent Gunnar Larsen RECIPIENT:Direktor Offizer Claus Amsel SUBJECT:Re: Skirmish
With all due respect, we don't owe you any explanation about our missions, Herr Direktor.
Secondly, you have no authority over the Rheinland Military Marinenachrichtendienst, and we suspect you are just looking for anything that could discredit our most succesful actions we made just for the Rheinland victory.
I have the Order's side of the story. I now wish to have yours to formulate a clear picture of what happened. Failure to response will leech Rheinland of valuable data and leave your wing without an explanation for why MND agents were fired upon by Order ships.
All in all, I think I am being reasonable.

Guten Tag Herr Director Amsel of the Buro der Marineinteligenz,
Agent Larsen had already explained you very clear what is our opinion about your every time repreatable suspicions against the Rheinland military Marinenachrichtendienst.
But to show you our good intentions, we will tell you what happened along with the recorded data.
A small wing of MND agents was sent to a place what lead them to the omicrons ( the mission is classified and no futher description will be explained here). They have met ships with old libertonian IFFs, later they found out, it's the Order.
In the time as the Order ships could get a closer look at the Rheinland ships, they opened fire:
The MND agents tried to negotiate with them, talking them into senses, after some minutes they have managed to make some of them to hold fire. But some were still firing on the Rheinland ships, even when told not to:
Code:
[21.11.2011 21:10:59] Order|Mark.Tucker: Just stop shooting, and let's talk..
[21.11.2011 21:10:59] [RM-MND]Franz.Leiche: first you could tell to power down the weapons of yours..
[21.11.2011 21:11:48] 141|Redemption: Minor alien threat detected.
The agents were surrounded and were told to wait for the Order admiral. In the meanwhile they have explained the order a part of the mission where they have met them. The Order seem to get that the agents were not a threat and the admiral explained why have their fired upon them in the first place:
Code:
[21.11.2011 21:19:24] Order|CV-Hamunaptra: ANY Rheinland military vessel found in Omicrons until aproved by me will be threatened as Das Wilde unit. For good reasons
After that, they have started to say things, what none of us would ever expect to hear from our so called "friends"
Code:
[21.11.2011 21:23:07] Order|Johan.Lennox: Things...that are influenced by corrupt people....don't try to fool us. Rheinland is not the place it was...ages before.
[21.11.2011 21:24:14] Order|Johan.Lennox: Things you are obviously not aware of....don't try to fool an ex-Rheinlander. I know about your policy.
[21.11.2011 21:24:45] 141|Enrico.Davids: Even if you have best intentions not all of the Rheinwehr have.
These words have hit our agents hard and they decided to break their mission and return to Rheinland as soon as possible, so they have started their cruise engines. The Order, realising that this record would harm the relations, decided to eliminate our agents so there wouldn't be any evidence of their true nature.
This is what happened Director Amsel. You have to understand that it has a higher priority to retrieve these records and deliver to the right people, than to answer your questioning and doubts of the Rheinland military Marinenachrichtendienst.
If you will question the actions of my men once again, we will not be so understanding like now...
Signed,
Franz Leiche
Rheinland military marinenachrichtendienst department
Thank you for the full debriefing agent. I see that the order may have exaggerated somewhat, as to be expected. I surmise the truth might be found somewhere between both stories, as is usual for these things.
I have one directive for your unit however. This does not concern any rivalry between our organizations, but the betterment of Rheinland. That directive is to tread lightly around the order and to avoid provoking them. We have enough entities wishing to kill Rheinlanders in the omicrons, we do not need another.
Lastly, it is my job to question all things. And do not forget, ultimately, you report to me.
You are dismissed.
Signed,
