To our dear revolutionary allies of Rheinland;

I am Grand Admiral Dane Kinnaird of the Hellfire Legion. It has been some time since the Legion last contacted the Unioners; due to crippling damage to our Capital assets stationed near Pacifica base, we were forced to withdraw Task Force Gladius for repairs and re-armament.

However, our damaged ships have now been repaired, such that it may soon be possible to re-deploy Task Force Gladius. Before we act hastily, though, it is imperative for us to acquire up-to-date intelligence on the region, including any notable fleet movements by the Rheinland Military.

I am sending one Major Joseph Dread to Pacifica Base in a snub craft, in advance of my arrival aboard the Incursus... as soon as the engines are fully operational. I believe we have much to discuss in relation to supplies and war materiel, too.

I hear that Pacifica's bar serves some excellent refreshments, of the kind only Rheinlanders know how to make, and we're getting a little bit bored of Liberty Ale.

I apologise for not having arrived when I said I would. Serious repair issues have been causing major delays.

I have sent some extra ships to Pacifica in advance - most notably, one of our Logistics vessels, the HFL Iron Throne - in order to begin stockpiling Ship Hull Panels. I know your craftsmen will know what to do with them, and I have a project of sorts in mind. Unfortunately, it's best not to go into too much detail over a remote transmission, even secured... you never know.

In addition, we would like to enquire about the possibility of acquiring a pair of your Solidaritat-model Bombers. We intend to evaluate the possibility of integrating this unique bomber into our attack squadrons, in order to provide greater tactical flexibility on the front lines. In the future, once repairs and maintenance bring our Capital fleet back to full working order, the Legion will be able to focus on manufacturing its own new smaller craft, with the possibility of providing some of these to the Unioners - if you are interested.

PS. I'll bring extra wine, boys, and girls - whatever suits your fancy.
