Im asking if the server rule 5.7 can be changed or removed
The rule has not much of a point its no fun and non realistic if ur making an RP server ur trying to make it as real as u can i think its more real if u can still goto that system theres no reality in waiting 4 hours to go to the system
Thank u for checking this for me its apreciated

Just imagine the endless horde of enemy you just shot down.
We need consequences for being shot down, because otherwise the server would become PvP lair. The only thing I would wish about this rule is time being lowered to 2 hours.

How doesn't it make sense? There's people who do it a lot and are proficient at it, then there's those who aren't. Those who aren't will lose a LOT more, simply because they don't have the same degrees of skill. So while the PvP 'whores' (ha, not that I like to use the term) might be holding higher stakes, the less PvP oriented (or simply more casual) players will probably suffer more.

Are you kidding me? There's a lot of people that get thrown into fights they DON'T want to be in simply because the rules say it can happen.
And the losses will still add up.
Think of it like this:
Mr John Shootykins plays almost nothing but Freelancer in his spare time (let's say, 4-5 hours at most, excl. weekends). He practices PvP all the time with his friends who have similar routines, he's in a lot of PvP oriented factions and hangs around the usual hotspots. He exposes himself more, but he's also hella more suited for them.
Then there's Casual Bob: Plays every so often, does some odd trading, fights sometimes when he feels like it, but doesn't practice a whole lot. One day he decides he wants to go to x system and see what y is up to. John, seeing the opportunity to shoot something else decides to pick a fight with Casual Bob.
Tell me who's at a loss here?

And what about people with 80mil~ loadouts? I'm sorry, last I checked this was a game, not a job.
