Good day honorable Guild Masters, my name is Vincent Morrow. I have recently taken over as the CEO of Synth Foods.

I have been going over the records from the previous administration, it seems in their absences to the plans to construct bio-domes on the surface of Planet Mira was forgotten. Though with Synth Foods having no real leadership until very recently, I cannot at all say I am surprised by this; however, I would like to apologize for the trespasses of my predecessors. The new administration fully intends to follow through with the contracts signed in the name of Synth Foods. Even if we were not the ones to sign it ourselves, we feel that as the current leaders, it is only right for us to complete the construction of the bio-domes.


I would however, like to ask of you a favor. A favor which, I believe could be equally profitable for us both. You see, we have recently declared our independence from Liberty. The bulk of our administration headquarters are still here on Los Angeles, though we have moved some to Planet Stuttgart. The problem now is, with our independance, I do not feel it right to continue to use Liberty as our main base of operations, and I can imagine the Liberty Republic would not look kindly on us moving all of our corporate headquarters to Rheinland. I am certain they would take that as a move from us to join Rheinland, and blockade our operations in Liberty.

What I would like to ask, is for permission to construct a station in the Sigma-13 system, specifically the sector 3/4-E. I realize this is the same area as your Gas Miner Naha stations. The station we construct will be at least 5 kilometers away from the station, close enough to make use of the tradelane, but not close enough to cause a threat. We would also assure that any GMG| vessels had permission to dock on the station and would be willing to agree to monthly inspections. We would also be willing to negotiate a one time fee to buy the area the station would take up.


The primary function of the station is going to be the construction of bio-domes, we intend the first ones constructed to be delivered to Planet Mira, as we feel that agreement has gone unfulfilled for too long. It would also act as a drop off point for for supplies we haul between Kusari and Rheinland.
