Quote: But we need docking rights for all Gallic Lawfuls
. I don't think demanding Docking Rights is usually a good start to a request.
Having spoken to the Head of the Mining Group, who is also the Station Commander, it has been decided to refuse you Docking Rights to Gallic Metal Service Base in Tau 23. The reasons for this are:
1) This is a Storage Facility and Safe Haven for the Miners and their Families.
2) You still owe one of the Miners 10 Million Credits having run off with his ore whilst he was being attacked by an Outcast.
3) You endangered the lives of the Miners and their Families when you 'broadcasted' over the system communications, repeatedly, that you had found a and I quote 'Hostile base that has shot at me'. For this to have happened you must have been within 5km of the base which would also allowed you to scan and find out the Base was a GMS Base!
The Miners and the Families had a very tense few days after this 'escapade' , fearful of a mass Outcast attack. Even now some are still, including children, receiving counselling from our Medical Teams that we had to ship down at short notice!
I would expect this kind of treatment from our enemies and not a fellow Corporation! I was intending to send a report into IDF Headquarters, but with the War Effort and need for supplies, I have been extremely busy!
So, to reiterate Monsieur you will not receive Docking Rights to GMS Mining Base in Tau 23 and you are lucky that I don't restrict your Docking Rights on all GMS Bases! I still hold the rest of the IDF Corporation in high regard but I hope you crawl back under your rock, where you belong, and never come out!

If that is it, that i don't receive docking rights at all, since I am second in command of IDF, I will have to use one solution: exterminate your base if you don't commence me docking rights by the GRN, you since allow them but it's unfair for IDF to approve GMS. Therefore I will have to tell the Gallic Government to agree on me since you refuse me docking rights.

Monsieur,
I don't care if you are the owner of the whole of Sirius. I have explained to you the reasons for refusing Docking Rights to you. This order will not be rescinded, now especially since you are threatening a fellow Gallic Corporation and lives of hundreds of Men, Women and Children!
Since when does IDF control the GRN or the Gallic Government? I think, Monsieur, you are getting well above your station for a Second in Command of IDF.
You can be assured that I will be petitioning IDF Headquarters for the removal of you from IDF forthwith. If i don't see this happening I will petition the King of Gallia against you!
I hope that this is not the stance of the whole of IDF!
Yours
Pierre St.Denis

Bonjour St. Denis. But you threatened me but I am apologizing to all of those benefactors. I assure your threatening me also to expel me just for refusing me docking rights. And, if I apologize I will now pay your fines. How much?
