I am second in command of IDF, and I have been refused docking rights by Pierre Saint Denis, it's just unfair for a SiC to be refused. However your military forces have been approved to the base, but it's just plain unfair for IDF to restrict docking rights. IDF has since been helping GMS for over 100 years, and has been cooperating with it. But you downsided IDF for restricting a SiC's docking access, and GMS is so unfair on my decision. Whatever it is, if Pierre St. Denis still refuse me docking access, I'll inform the leader of IDF to restrict docking rights for St. Denis of Station de Tempete de Grele. But I apologize to the miners in Tau-23 deeply.

Jacques Closeau out.
Bonjour Vice President Bernard,
we are surprised you are a) flying and b) have changed your ship name and c) you appear to be using a nom d'plume.
This is an odd request as we do not usually get involved especially as the first call of arbitration.
In the first instance we normally aks respecitve corporations to sort these difficulties and suggest you use the correct channels within your organisations to ascertain whether this is just a misunderstanding or have GMS given any reason?
