you are missing an ini file from freelancer. you might want to back up your accounts, and do a fresh install of discovery over a fresh vanilla install of freelancer. i recommend installing it onto your desktop, and DON'T install/use as administrator.
flcomp has merely highlighted the fact that you're missing the file from freelancer. flcomp is working ok, but your copy of disco isn't

I use FAM so they are backed up. What exactly do you mean by "vanilla install of freelancer?"
