Understood, but it is a very delicate situation, these are no simple pilots but guard pilots, it is too risky for us to transport our assests in cargo ships, as criminals might try to get their hands on it ( Specificly the Rogue affiliated gang - The Torpedos )
If theres any other conditions that are ougth to be met in order to approve this flight, please let us know, And I ask the council to re-consider the gravity of the situation.
We will cooperate with the authorites by all means .

Captain Dvir,

The Torpedos target capital assets. As your Dreadnought falls under that category, wouldn't it be a mistake to try and "sneak" it through Liberty simply to drop off some guard pilots? We at High Command think it would be a grave mistake. Therefore, your request is still denied.

Like the Secretary suggested- Perhaps a transport vessel with a scout and fighter wing would be cheaper and safer?
