Freeport 101 is newly reestablished zoner trading center in omega 9 between omega 11 and omega 7 jumping holes in open space, formerly located in collapsed omega 15 system.
Station is at the moment searching for capable pilots who would give hand in tranposrtation and enterprise. Station has several ships on its disposal.

blood diamonds stored in base depot for sale can not be used as a object of accusing base for housing smugglers. Blood diamonds are there to promote smuggliing RP and RP evironment in whole. If Rheinland or any other faction has something against it , it is encouraged to catch smugglers and fine them , but cant blame freeport. //
To regulate docking rights and order in the system we issue following CHARTER
1. Every faction is allowed to dock on station prioprly stating official appliance. No faction will be denied docking rights (except aliens) who follow rightfull formal procedure.
1.1 For individuals and untagged ships appliance can be solved directly in space if possible.
1.2 For all others including cooroprate, militaries, polices etc. has to be official application via neural net
2. Conditioning docking rights with denial of docking rights to third parties will be considered undermining freeport neutrality and thus as act of hostility without any justification.
3. To avoid unnecessary possible disputes between freeport 101 visitors we proclaim 5k no fire zone around it. It is obligatory and those who doesnt respect that will be revoked from our hospitality or worse.
4. We divide omega 9 system on several patrol sectors
4.1 Omega 7 jh omega 3jh and freeport 101 triagon for Rheinland companies and Rheinland military
4.3 quadrant near omega 55 jh and freeport 101 - for BDM and Order ships
5. All mentioned sides from article 4 can retain rights NOT to follow those reccomended zones and patrol patterns. If case is so , freeport 101 managment disclaim responsibility for any security repercussions which might occur, neither similar repercussions can post festum affect any of these articles integrated in this charter, neither compromise freeport neutrality or integrity.
5.1 Anyone who choose not to follow article 4 can be subject of revoking docking rights temporarely or permanent.
5.2 Revoked docking rights can be renewed in certain cases. Freeport authority decide on case-to-case basis.
6. Firing on commerciall targets who visit , trade or pass in system regardless of faction is illegal.
6.1 Disobeying article 6. can trigger execute of article 5.1
7. Freeport will allow emergency repair of all docking ships, but will not provide shield batteries or nanobots
8. Docking on freeport or seeking shelter after skirmishing in sector is considered illegal , even docking rights granted.
9 Applying for docking rights automattically mean that interested side is agreeing with this charter and will comply to it.

I will add who doesnt like this charter, he doesnt like the zoners. And if he doesnt like the zoners there is no need to apply at all.
