So this Navy guy kidnapped a squad leader of the Sirian Vanguard and then backed off when we tried to get her back. me again. Fortunately I was in the right place at the right time when Pete Levine's Guardian was shot down in the heat of the moment, and I was the closest vessel who tractored in his escape pod. As you can see on the guncam picture below, it was indeed the vessel as you described it, and the transponder accorded with the wanted one.
However, there must have been a misunderstanding, because later it turned out to be not Pete Levine himself, but a decoy - a double of his person! You can imagine how upset I am right now. I wouldn't have taken this risk in for nothing! You should be more accurate with your investigations in future. Even though I didn't captured the "real" Pete, I demand a payment for my efforts!
