RE: Fate of the 13th Northern Fleet.

Be it so noted, the traitors of the 13th Northern Fleet have been apprehended and submitted to the Queen’s justice. Following a trial before a court martial, the mutineers of the HMS Argosax were charged with the despicable crime of high treason and numerous flagrant breaches of military law and conduct.

The levied charges include but are not limited to;

Sections 1 (assisting an enemy), 2 (misconduct on operations), 3 (obstructing operations), 4 (looting), 6 (mutiny), 7 (failing to suppress mutiny), 8 (desertion), 9 (absence without leave), 10 (failing to apprehend deserters), 11 (misconduct towards a superior officer), 12 (disobeying lawful commands), 15 (failing to perform a duty), 19 (conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline), 21 (threatening behaviour), 24 (damage to, or loss of, public or service property), 28 (resisting arrest), 31 (hazarding a military ship), 33 (dangerous flying).

The verdict of guilty was therefore passed. For the instigators of mutiny, no leniency shall be offered! Captain Francis Black and the officers party to his uprising have brought shame to their rank, fleet and family and will be hanged from the neck until dead.

The crew of the HMS Argosax and her interim captain Jack Willis will be offered clemency following their arrest of their traitorous commanders and return of their vessel to Bretonian borders. The death sentence will instead be transmuted. In retribution for their crimes, all medals, and honours will be stripped from them. Captain Willis will retain command of his vessel, but his crew will be redistributed to separate warships across the Tau front.
