Bonjour monsieurs and madames, as you would say, of The Council.
I am Yuuta Segawa, the Vice President of Interspace Commerce. I contact you today in hopes of establishing a connection between our groups, and beginning a fruitful and profitable relationship.
I also message you today to request the permission to purchase a few transports from your ship dealer on your Perpignan Freeport in Roussillon. Specifically, we would like to purchase five "ME-UH "Vache" Gallic Trains". We hear you build them there better than anyone or anywhere else.
I hope this order is able to be fulfilled, please contact us with specifics on how to go about this at your earliest convenience.
Je suis Sergent Henri Croix, leading officer of the Trade and Supply Division of The Council. It is nice to hear from the Interspace Commerce wishing to initiate trade relations, The Council is more than willing to be a business partner of yours in such relationship.
About the Vache transports... well, building them isn't easy as smuggling out the necessary ship building materials and technology from Gallia takes time, effort and of course extra expenses. For five Vache-class vessels I would require an initial amount of5.000.000 Sirian Creditsfor each ship, meaning a total amount of25.000.000 Sirian Credits, all of which are to be sent to[C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie. Along with that I would require your patience. Building ships takes months, so the Division will sell you those haulers from the currently active trade fleet, but even their preparations require time. I will inform you as soon as they are ready to fly again.
Amicalement,
Sergent Henri Croix Du Conseil
Chef de Division Commerce et Ravitaillement Du Conseil
I believe five million credits per ship is fair enough price. We understand that you have to deal with slipping past local Gallic so-called "authorities", and their pawns, which can be quite risky.
As far as the time frame, how long are we talking? We understand these things take time, but as I'm sure you know, time is also money, and IC| does not make a habit out of losing money.
Nonetheless, we appreciate your response and collaboration with this matter.
The payment has been received successfully, and I think I can say that by tomorrow afternoon, all five ships on Perpignan will be prepared and ready to go. I hope this is just a start of a series of fruitful businesses between us, Monsieur.
Amicalement,
Sergent Henri Croix Du Conseil
Chef de Division Commerce et Ravitaillement Du Conseil
Understood monsieur Croix, some of our pilots might show up a bit early to assure they get their Vaches, they can sometimes be impatient, hopefully this won't be a problem.
I have a feeling we will be seeing more of each other in the near future monsieur Croix.
Thank you again for all the assistance.-Yuuta Segawa, Vice President
