Greetings, All,
I don't speak to you all today as the Administrator of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners but as a doctor, caregiver and humanitarian. Now, I know that most of you will turn this off and return to your drink, your mission or whatever it is you're doing but for a minute of your time, you have the small chance of saving a life, one that is too early to be taken.
I received a patient recently with advanced leukemia. Despite all my investment in medicine and equipment, despite the advancements we all have made, some illnesses, as old as they are, can't be treated with them. In short, I seek a bone marrow doner. It is relatively painless and takes only a few minutes.
This patient is a mother, a sister, a wife, a daughter and I can only do so much. I've learned much from her, even getting tested myself. Sadly, I wasn't a match but I did keep my information on file for someone who may one day be saved by my donation of bone marrow. The many who have been tested here and have not matched are also saving their information. Again, one day someone may benefit.
I seek a match to this scan:
I will only say of her that she is of Kusari and Bretonian decent so people of those blood lines are especially important.
I thank those of you who took time to listen. Please, if someone, anyone matches and can help, let me know. You will remain anonymous. If you wish to donate your information to a confidential bank for future donations, I would be most grateful.
Thank you and Eris Bless You,
Dr. John Henry Holliday

Doctor,
Gran Canaria is a short trip from my current location. I'll be more than happy to assist in this particular endeavor. I happen to be of Bretonian birth, and no one should have to suffer with such a crippling sickness. If a bone marrow transfer is all that's needed, I'm more than willing to offer my service.
My mother often came back from her work at the hospital with unfortunate patients like this one. Being chief staff nurse, she and her staff had many over the years who just needed the right person to put themselves forward. I could hardly sit here and not do so myself.
I think there is some Kusari blood somewhere on my mother's side, but it is pretty insignificant. Other than a little Libertonian as well, you'd be getting a rather Bretonian sample from me. I hope it helps, either this patient or someone in the future.
I am forwarding the last marrow scan result, obligatory, from the Company's monthly medical check-up.
I am also of direct descent of Bretonian and Kusarian bloodlines.
If the test result is a direct match..
You have thirty-six hours for further testing and if need be, the operation, before i am recalled to the active color roster.
My name is Sarah McInteir and I'm doctor and Radiation specialist on my mobile hospital Medi Bay.
I would like help you with your patient. I would like give you my bone marrow. If you will need my or Cryer help, you can contact me and Medi Bay will be in Omegas in a few hours.
“Well from my current position at ’9 it’s unlikely I’d be of any usage to anyone, expecially not the patient. Not directly. Besides, I’m not an enormous enthusiast of sending pieces of genetic code through the neural net at any one time due to the obvious ethical breach that would entail, Holiday.”
*Appears uncharacteristically irritated*
“Whatever it may say in your laudable journal, doctor, advanced leukaemia is (despite any evidence to the contrary) treatable in certain tiers of Sirian society due to the miracles of modernity; twelfth generation immunosuppressant drugs and the wonders of the nanite. Granted, these procedures are... morbidly expensive and somewhat class-biased, but I assumed the grandiose medical establishment of Gran Canaria would be able to circumnavigate these predicaments for the sake of... well anyone. Oh and being a mother, a daughter or anything else for that matter shouldn’t be critical or even a factor in the medical profession.”
*Grimaces,*
“Enough of that anyway, I’ve already dispatched five cartloads of high-end Gallic pharmaceutical goods to Gran Canaria by the next ZXBT down Taus. As you didn’t actually state... excuse me...”
*the screen blanks off for a moment*
“...The particular format which leukaemia is present within the subject, I’ve effectively transmitted sufficient supplies to drug a horse. In the transfer is a package of high-end medicinal nanites, now I’m feeling particularly generous oui?”
“...Don’t pay me. Just treat the subject”.
“...Oh and I also advise the individuals not to transfer their entire genetic history under the entire eyes of Sirius...”
“...But of course. Drop the drink and contribute.”
*realises something*
"Just a small query doctor. In Sirius daily, 1.2 billion people die of terminal illness, and more violently. Cancerous diseases (such as leukaemia) are common parlance and are treated commonly. It comes with the territory of wilfully bombarding yourself with solar radiation every time you leave the pad... of a sector where the primary power source is nuclear... all of those things.
Not being rude doctor but what makes this patient special enough for a Sirian-wide high band neuralnet transmission in her favour? For this patient, I’m curious what your intrest is... as a humanitarian."
"Of course you don't have to reply".
"Just stop the cancer, Oui? ---End of video--- ****Transmission Ends****

To the one known as Titanium,
I do believe we do have an exact match. If you would please come to Canaria Medical, I'd like to run another test to confirm and ask for your donation. I thank you for your response and your arrival in advance.
To the "stranger" of Gallic origin, I thank you for the supplies. I'm always looking for new things to continue my work. Mind you, I have been experimenting and using nano type treatments for quite some time. They have been a limited success depending what they're used on.
Still, the best treatments I've found for blood related cancers are those rare DNA matches. I am not a legal officer, I'm not an agent nor do I care what sins one has committed, to have a bank of donors who come willingly to help a stranger is a blessing.
And to answer your question of "why this patient?" For some reason, she just found a soft spot, one I've carried over a lifetime. Do understand that I treat all of my patients with equal care regardless of affiliation.
To those of you who just cared, who offered, I thank you. You are the ones who seem to understand my work the most. I offer much and expect little in return. I wish others thought that way.
