Immediately after I started my today's shift and docked from Norfolk Shipyard, I saw an unidentified vessel surrounded by other officers and civilians. Nobody apparently knew what was going on exactly with that ship, they mostly assumed it's a robot, and wanted to shoot it down. Well, I thought at first it was a smuggler with some old comm system, but I decided to investigate it thoroughly before rushing with decisions.

During our conversation, the subject answered many times, that he is "Polar Bear", "family: Ursidae". I was able to extract information from him, quoting "Dave is [[organic]] but also has a [[metalic]] thing in his head, Dave cannot remove thing." and also quoting "Dave: [[Removing the modulator may give communication issues]]". I assume with a gathered evidence, that this being is indeed polar bear, possibly from some experimental laboratory, which made him augmented with at least intelligence enhancement, possibly also with memory storage enhancement because of quoting "Dave: [[accessing database for: History. Please wait]]".

Scanners identified his cargo as contraband weapons, which he was willing to give in exchange for food. I personally flew and bought him our favorite Sunbuck donuts and coffee. All other officers were unwilling to show any mercy or sympathy. Also note, that civilian Unmistakable stepped out of his boundaries and offered "Unmistakable: Pardon me Fort.Dix.. Might i take it back to its rightful place?", I refused, of course. Cargo is added to the evidence storage at Fort Bush.

Creature frequently asked about Solar System and requested many times status about Earth. I asked him about a calendar year from his early memories, and he answered "Dave: [[Last date registered in logs is: Year 2163]].". Checking history documents(added to attachments), I have checked that the great war started in 2160 and continued for at least a century. The subject wanted to return home, but I persuaded him, that Earth can be uninhabitable now, and everyone from his time is a long time gone (more than eight hundred years ago), that he could have a new home on Planet Manhattan, which a new Earth to all of us. Checked his destination to Planet Manhattan and transferred to ground control.

Take special note, that creature said "Polar.Dave: Dave: Dave is old, very old, Dave miss his homeland, cold, and full of food.", "Polar.Dave: Dave: Dave cannot die, Dave has tried, long time.". Considering that, this creature was also possibly experimented for longevity.

Also with caught message "Polar.Dave: [[Bash: service "operative engine.js started]].", we can assume that his ship has pre-war alternative most successful operational system Linux, which was lost during the war.

Dismantle his every ship system very carefully. We can not know which else peace of pre-war technology his ship could be possessing, maybe even having miniaturized hyperspace drive. Thankfully to successful persuasion, his ship was received intact. The creature is also subject to careful researches with all at least noninvasive or more methods. We must not lose any chance.

I was able to apprehend a Slave Trader today trying to make it to Colorado. The Suspect explained that he was saving them and his company in Kusari was hiring them. I wasnt buying his story as small things about his demeanor did not seem right. His ship had no official designations either. I had him drop off these poor souls to Fort Bush where they will receive free medical attention and a fresh start in Liberty and given their proper freedom to do with the rest of their lives as they wish (so long as they are following the Law). That is all.

Today's shift began with a lot of smugglers passing in Liberty. Bombola and Transpanish were red-flagged with suspicious cargo, but they were able to getaway. Then I decided to relocate myself to Fort Bush, where was perfect crossroad for apprehending criminals. And soon enough I saw a funny named train-class transport "Dreadnought_SSSS", which was carrying 4450 passengers in not situated for this task transport. He disembarked them to a closest station. Proofs received.

the Second case was with less talking and with more action. A trader named Feer from Interspace Commerce tried to smuggle Ageira White Boxes without a proper license to transport it. He was trying to dock a trade lane and was deaf to my words about moving his vessel from it. Then he tried to engage cruise speed, but disruptor prevented it, and then he tried to dock nearby station but was not allowed due to my police rights. Opened full fire immediately after that.

Also was a small case of impersonation. I haven't done any screens as was not informed enough that it's exactly what was needed to break the law. Impersonator was just a fool, but he quickly redeemed himself.

Well. It's all started with Order battleship detected in Texas. Everybody goes there, he goes Ontario, we as LPI go from Texas, LNS is surrounding from Alaska, then we fly around Ontario without ever seeing him, he goes to Texas again and starts flying NY, we trade lane there than there but hear only cloak sounds. Two times he was almost found, but nevertheless It was not successful.

A second case starts very similarily, we receive signal that somewhere here a pirate flies. We fly trade lanes like mad people, and finally, I was successful in finding him near Jumpgate to Pennsylvania. But he decides to jump via the Jumpgate, I jump to him. He jumps back again to NY. We exchange kind wishes (attached them) and chase him to a big pointy rock, where he flies around it trying to escape energy blasts and rockets until he gives up.

It's already the second time when I see technotony007, in his previous case, he was with big party of Sorted Artefacts and escaped justice. He wasn't successful this time. He looks very new and clearly doesn't know ANY rule or law. I explained to him where he can find them. He complied with dropping cargo but refused to pay fine with abandoning ship in an escape pod, his ship was disabled after that. Since it was a very big party of artifacts plus paying for the previous time, it was already 10mlns fine. Next time would be his last chance for a peaceful solution.

Today is certainly rich day for rich smugglers. Biohack was caught red-handed second time and tried to wiggle out of justice. But we were not fooled since he was caught by the chief of police previous time and cleary was forbidden from transporting slavers any longer. He paid 8 mlns for his offense and clear in law for now. Officer Alban Jankowsky participated in operation by transporting slaves to a safe location.

It seems this "smuggler" was pretty new. TLAGSNET caught him in Colorado and I intercepted him in New York. Full hold of Cardamine. Suspect dropped the cargo and paid the fine. Evidence will be reported here.

All Officers are to keep an eye out for Avalancheone in case he tries to smuggle again.

Another would be smuggler was caught again, BioHack was caught by one of my Undercover Officers at Planet Denver with a full hold of Slaves. This is his third time being caught carrying slaves and he was ordered to pay a 10 Million Credit fine for repeated offences. If even thinks about breaking another Law he will pay dearly on Sugarland. Fine was paid and he dropped the slaves of at Ft. Bush so they can receive free Medical Treatment and a new start in Liberty or a free ticket to anywhere in Sirius.

Another encounter with DSS has proven more hostile this time. I had no choice but to critically damage one of their drones for Obstruction of Justice. The drone refused to answer my questions but admitted that Vesupucci is there home. DSS are constantly breaking the Embargo because to survive they will need to bring resources into the system. we can now speculate there is some sort of agreement with the Hellfire Legion and DSS if they continue to remain active in the region.

Today i receive word of an unauthorized zoner battelship in Pennsylvania where i was already docked. Going by the name ~USS~Stardust I have heard it has been in multiple violations before. Once i entered the seance an LSF pilot was already on the attack, so i powered my weapons and went to assist in my bomber ASAP. There was one rouge hanging around causing some hassle but disappeared from sight not long after.

We had done substantial damage to the hull of the battleship, but it made its way to Bethlehem Station and moored, then un-moored fired a few mortar shot of at the newly arrived Liberty Navy Battleship then moored again and that was the end of it.

We shall keep a close watch on this ~USS~Stardust and expel him from our space.

Good news everyone, I have multiple criminals to report.

First case about a trader, which was spotted at the restricted military zone in Virginia around planet Columbia. After he was intercepted, he refused to stop his vessel and tried to flee and then opened continuous fire at me. He had restricted gallic weapons lying in his cargo. He was successfully arrested and delivered to prison, from which he escaped without reaching his cell (Materials attached).

What a surprise I had when I stopped his engines second time when he accused me of being a pirate. I answered him, that I'm an officer on duty, while he is a criminal a told him all the laws he was able to break, including espionage. He was really surprised too, he was not able to recognize my Liberty Police Gunboat, with big Reg-Blue flashing lights, with police IFF module and ship name with official police designations.

When I told him how much he must pay for his crimes, he decided to overpay just fo sure and transferred 7 mlns. He looks very new to Space, being Freelancer with small class transport. But still keep an eye on him, in case he is a gallic spy.

Second small case about a drunk drug zoner smuggler. Which delivered ~500 Cardamine to Planet Manhattan. I was late to intercept it before it docked to Manhattan, after which he was brave enough to fly drunk, with a full cargo of Liberty Ale onboard. I delivered him to Fort Bush for further questioning, where he transfered 105.492 credits and claimed that he has nothing more.

the third case starts with my system detecting cloaked transport nearby, which was fool enough to have its cloak dropped in a visible range, which helped me to reach it and disrupt engines. It appeared to be Liberty Rogue transport with multiple hostages on board, including our officers, civilians and bounty hunter pilots. She laughed all the way starting from being under the cloak and until her ship was disabled and all hostages rescued, probably she was on drugs. Funny enough, when she had cloak lights veiling around her ship to escape me, I fired a wrong gun, instead of anti-engine missile sending Light Mortar shot disabling her ship in a half a second after cloak lights were seen again.

Excitement begins to continue in a row, immediately after that multiple hostile targets being detected at the same position. One of them was a bounty hunter from the Gazal operatives, which had a police officer on board, he released him immediately. The next one was Lane Hacker LH~Sol.Horowitz flying Dromedary fighter and another one was on board of Liberty Gunboat and belonging to a criminal organization - Liberty Separatists. It was a little bit hard to eliminate gunboat target from a cruiser when gunboat only tries to flee and evades most of the blasts. Thankfully, bounty hunter helped to disable the target after persuasion that it would lead to speed up my delivering his every comrade on my board to a safe location.

And then fun became doubled. I was able to deliver our officers, civilians and bounty hunter pilots to Planet Manhattan when I received another signal from the same Gazal hunter flying gunboat, about already known to us battleship ~USS~Stardust~, which left zoner zone around Bethlehem station and decided to leave Liberty Space through our main systems without notificating anyone or requesting convoy. It was stuck in an asteroid field of Pennsylvania, I followed it to New York, where the battleship crashed trade lanes on its way, clearly not situated for the size of the ship. I requested back up and was restraining myself from opening fire.

During a diplomatic conversation between zoner and gazal hunter, zoner decided that aggressive diplomacy is a better way to deal with hunter and opened at him full fire. I decided to intervene here, and opened fire too at zoner battleship. It was actually my first flight on cruiser's board, I was able successfully to evade death blasts from battleship while firing multiple blasts from siege gun. I got a little bit overexcited when it started to fall apart and was even caught in its explosion blast when its power core exploded. My cruiser sustained critical damage, as well as trader civilian was destroyed by last fired shots from the battleship. The lone survivor bounty hunter helped us to evacuate to West Point academy where I was able to repair the cruiser enough to reach nearby shipyard for a full restoration.
