Why you should be Promoted: i'm more suited flying Core warships like Mako's. This rank doesnt allow me to command my own vessel, I have to get permissions from HC if i need to take command of such warships, And the consequences are much more severe along with alot of paperwork, it also takes time to respond faster. I would be more relaxed and efficient if you promoted me a rank higher.
