Guys, this is a bit ridiculous. I know that I first came to Disco right around the time when CUFF was phasing out, and I know the hostilities towards them, I've heard of the problems, etc. However, for all this may do, I will say something here:
First of all, Dab, review this quote from you a few days back:

From what I'm seeing, you gave him absolutely NO chance. Having AW attack CUFF on first glance is not, in my mind, what this said. However, Dab, you seem to be out of the fest right now, so I will stop there. However, if you did give him a chance, what was it?
Hostilities directed towards CUFF are not going to make this community a fun one. It will be constant attacks towards the others, and it will ruin the experience of the game. I know that many people hate all of them, but seriously. If you haven't fought against them, why are you joining forces against them just because of stories? If you have, and you're pissed with their tactics, then you have a lot more right doing so. Dab probably has the most right, but I still think that its gone to the extreme.
Additionally, I'm not a mod or admin, but I think that we can all mature a little bit and stop yelling at CUFF (leader) for his grammatical errors. If English is not his first language, then take the time to decipher it, and take into account what he is saying; be it a lie or not. We do not have to be demeaning to other languages or cultures, and yes, that is what that is doing.
Finally, do not condescend to CUFF's (anyone) level. This is the lowest point of immaturity right here.
Nobody has to take into account what I said, and I do expect extreme flaming from this, but I stand in this opinion, so please respect it.

Alright, I know I said I wouldn't post, but a few here are confused as to WHY we are suddenly against them.
We were neutral, I stated it specifically before on here and AW forums. I said not to attack them for now.
We gave CUFF an order. Stay out of Theta. If they were found in there, they would be given ONE warning to get out, and a small frame of time to do so. They waited until all AW tags were off the server then flew in. An for-now-anonymous person got us a screenshot of it, and PMd it to me.
That, plus the attack by a level 40 CUFF fighter against a level 27 freelance Clydesdale (against rules btw), and the considerable amount of lying led us to declare a war on them. We were willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves, and they destroyed that chance with their own actions.
We did not base any thoughts upon them by any "Bias faction from console world." The first time you came here, you declared AW's destruction as your sole purpose here. Gave us plenty of reason to shoot you, now didn't it? This time, you have already broken rules and gone into AW's home system of which you were TOLD not to.
My thoughts about CUFF are from past experience and what I see you doing. Not at all about WA's view. For it wasn't WA's view, it was Dane's, and Dane can go screw himself.
And btw, you didn't act in PK like you did in CUFF, one reason you weren't attacked.
And in case you forgot.. No PK has been on for MONTHS. At least two.
Ur probably right Hyper, but we have to resolve this. Let's fight in-game over it. A 1v1 Dab, vs. CUFF's best fighter. We know who would win, but dont solve it by a flamefest, lets do a duel. But, you gotta admit, going into theta when all AW were out? come on CUFF, do better than that.
I have to agree with Dab and Bestflyer, Going in to theta when all AW were logged out. Thats just plain old cheap.
And ya Hyper ok you made some sense there. But they were bad then ( I have heard ), and they have proven they are bad now. What do you think were going to do? Just sit there, no, were going to react, In whichever measures necessary.

I talked with some of you, and you lied to me plain flat. I remember the guy rouge telling me that his rouge char didn't exist, but i see it in the same acount of his cuff char.
Later, the Exile player, lying about his old deleted char {cuff}exile{escort}. He was in fact the owner of the char as the char name existed in that same acount of Exile before it was deleted. It was just replaced by CUFF_Exillian
Later, ARC170 told me that exile was not with cuff, that he was a fake cuff. I remember being in minor 3 days before that, parked in Isis, and seeing this "Fake" player interacting cheerfully with the other two cuff that were there, and talking about future plans. And you tell me later that he always was fake and never was part of cuff?
And lets not forget that exile fired on a lvl26 char being him a lvl41. I didn't have any screenie about that, but i have 3 people telling me it happened. But i did nothing as screenies are required to prove it.
I was also told that a cuff member whose name i don't remember, was disrupting TL in NY and trying to pirate players. Again, no screenies, i can't do anything.
After all that, you have lost credibility and honour to my eyes. And half of you would be 3-day banned if i had the screenies proving you violations. So, don't tell me you want to come here to play fair, because until i see that, i will not believe.
*Calms down* Yeah maybe this has gotten out of hand but the CUFF still are what seems to be a bunch of lying rulebreaking...You know.

I can confirm that that they were in Minor at the time, they were all talking cheerfully. I was in my Bs|Malic_Deberan character. And guess what I said when asked what there were doing in Minor. Cmon guess, they said " it was a secret ". Well that secret is whats going to get them blown up.

also we did not wait for AW to sing off on their tag to go to their system . we've be passing an buying an shopping in their system for a few days now .

Sorry for interrupting your interesting discussion here, why can't CUFF and AW fight each other without flame wars on forums and server rule violations? If CUFF are cowards, this server isn't the proper place, if they are not, well, no one would ban or fine them for attacking level 30+ players if it's not way out of RP. CUFF having less members than AW is a lame excuse for rule violations.
Lies are not violations of any laws, including our server rules, so it's more a matter of honor than anything else.
That's just my humble opinion, never knew all the details of CUFF thing, so excuse me if I'm wrong.

ok thats one mod I like to hear the other two . Igiss were not cowards( not taking out of text what you said ) we came back to this server b/c we like it . two we came back to be like any other clan on this server . We didnt come for some war or any other thing like that .
An yes am still mad at dab an his clan b/c from my point of view they try an act like their the mod cop for the server .Igiss thats why we have you it's not up to AW to see fit to the rule or anything like that . but that my point of view .
Now if my guy {cuff}exile{escort} did something wrong an their is poof then it's up to mods to see fit for breacking the rules not AW or dab .
