How do you raise Coalition rep on a Red Hessian - monmarfori - 12-23-2012
I tried killing corsairs (their enemies) didn't raise rep, and i am hostile to them.
Is there a way?

Then you get a Unioner bribe.
If you are setting up a ship so that it is friendly with the Coaltion, you do that first with the ID and fix all the negative rephacks you don't want on the Hessian ID.

And then if you don't have a Coalition ID you'll get FR5'd by the SCRA

If you start rampaging around O-52 without a visa, sure. Although I do see there's not much point in having it if you aren't going to head into there...
