Greetings to whom it may concern,
This is a pre-recorded message, to be reviewed by those higher up in the food chain of Samura and Kishiro. My name is Kazou Mizushima , and i am a small financier from Hogosha and a funder of two other associates, miner Dr. Shoenfelder of Samura and Interpace Hauler Ms. Briggs. We are known informally as the White-Gold Triumvirate and specialize in the providing of Platinum ore to third parties. We seek permission to possibly set up operations in Nagano and begin a small site (a recently aquired Hegemon class asteroid miner) to extract ore. I myself have been on sight for several months scouting the area for a suitable local with Dr. Shoenfelder and have decided that this has a good yield.
As a post note, if this enterprise proceeds profitably, i may consider the construction of a processing facility in system.
