General Logarus.

I wish to put down in stone, the terms of our agreement:

The Black Fleet shall assist in their own methods to obtaining the remaining Valor Class hull panels to [DISCLOSED], where they will be paid [DISCLOSED] Francs per unit and fuel useage. With that, their status will be dropped from possible hostiles to a neutral stance.

The Union Corse will use their methods to obtain the [DISCLOSED] Control mechanism and such for the Grande Guillotine. They will be paid [DISCLOSED] Francs for their troubles and permitted a [DISCLOSED] for their own useage as they see fit.

If there are further questions, we shall address them.
