Greetings,

I am Matok, Administrator of Freeport 6 in the Tau 29 system. I come to you to seek permission for one of my capital ships to pass through Bretonian space on it's way to Omega 49. The ship is one that was returned to me from the Nation of Malta.

The ship's name is [FP6]I.K.S._Vol'tak, an Aquilon carrier that I have been cleaning out from it's time with the Outcasts. I wish to deploy it to Gran Canaria to assist the growing conflict developing as the Corsair Empire has bombarded many areas of the planet and is not leaving. Supplying this ship is the least I can do to help not only the Zoners who are under invasion but my own people and even the Bretonian people of Port Jackson. I have little information as to who was bombed and casualties. Anyway......

With your permission, I would like to pass through Bretonia via Cortez, Manchester, New London and Dublin. For that size a ship, it is the best route considering the asteroid fields of the Taus. There will be no stops on the way and we have only food and medical goods to claim.

We have been keeping apprised of events in Omega-49, but with Port Jackson is not under direct threat we had no plans to break the Treaty concerning the planet. With no correspondence from the locals, I would not think the Admiralty has any plans in that regard.

As to your request, we currently have the following exception to our laws on foreign capital ships that are of your interest:

4.7 - Foreign Warships
Exceptions:
Officially registered Zoner capital ships proceeding directly between their holdings around Bretonia.

We consider those belonging to the TAZ, OSI, Phoenix and assigned to a member of the Confederation of Freeports to be in this matter, which does not include your own Freeport from what I know. However, we can arrange for any Bretonian officer to provide an escort from Cortez to Dublin, alleviating any issues that may come about with other officers or perhaps Liberty in the shared protectorate of Cortez.
