Greetings.

I found that the Junker ID rephacks the GRN/GRP hostile, and all Gallic lawful companies to no-dock neutral. Is it a bug, or intended? If intended, what is the RP reason for this change?

Regardless, Sirian Junkers are supposed to hostile to Gallic lawfuls.
