Ironically I was just thinking of a faction like this a couple days ago. It will be a welcomed addition to see a dedicated smuggling group... you know, assuming people do not just FR5 stuff. I hope they just post bounties instead (gives me something to do after all). But anyways anyways, I like how this looks on paper here, and the fact that you are going freighter only. I can respect that a lot. I am not too sure about the name, but hey it works.
Kind of curious, why do you have the Mollys listed as unfriendly? I figured the biggest unlawful group in Bretonia would be worthy of your contracts.
The entire point of the faction is blockade running and being inconspicuous in order to get past patrols and the like of house factions or paying off authorities to look the other way. A Firefly is a possibility because of the smuggling aspect of the craft but it flies like a brick so I may not include that one either. Yacht's, meanwhile, are too big and too shiny. It would draw too much attention from authorities and it'd be searched.
The biggest thing is speed and maneuverability in order to get away from the law or bounty hunters. Something as big as a Yacht or Liner would get caught easily. Even a Firefly can dodge more than a Liner/Yacht could and the Firefly handles like crap. So I don't think I'll include Yacht's or Liners and probably not the Firefly either, but that will require thought on my part to decide.
Kikatsu, I'll take a look. I hate doing affiliations so I kinda rushed through that. I have some time today to review it so maybe I can polish it up a bit.

Going to leave this up as a closed group until the beta is over. Once that happens I will be opening up recruitment to those who wish to join. Also, updated main post with naming conventions. For those who are interested, please check this and conform to it. Also, a slight tweak to the faction name, Shadowfall seemed too vague so I updated it a little to help.
