Chat problem

Dont know which is the aprropriate thread, so:

I started a conversation via private channel today and the server randomly sent error msgs for me (error PM sender not online, or something like that). That was odd since the other player was online and the problem solved when I logged out and in again. It happened twice in half a hour, and under the conversation my messages have arrived to somebody else once.

I've tried the /r command and point in him in the chat box too, but didnt help.
