Good evening Administrator.
I hope all is well for you, and the life of Administration treats you well.
My reasoning for contacting you today, however, is not one of small talk. The position of security for Freeport 11, as listed in your rulings, is unoocupied. This is the formal application of the Solar Runners to that position. I shall have someone sent out to you shortly to sign any documents on my behalf, if of course you accept us in this role. It was my thoughts, when presenting this to the Solar Runner council, that you would prefer some fellow Zoners in this role, I hope I am not mistaken.
Regardless of my ramblings, the Solar Runners apply to act as the defense team for Freeport 11, and what I ask in return is that I may use some space as a mechanics laboratory. I will convert a room for these needs if nessacery, but somewhere close to the hanger bays would be ideal.
I hope to hear from you soon my good sir,
Councilman Joseph Wolf,
Secretary of Fleets and Diplomatic Affairs,
Solar Runners, Signing off

Opening message... To Councilman Wolf.
I am deeply sorry for late respond however I bring you favourable news. As I have heard about you and your small yet effective fleet, I have decided that you will fit this role. You can actually start immediately. Name one of yours that will become chief of security and send him/her my way. I will notify your enlistment with next update... also feel free to accomodate yourself around the station, including that labolatory of yours.

Administrator Douglas,
I apologise in the delay. We have been stuck in space for weeks... Drifting alone. Something you do not want to live, trust me.
As for your chief of security, I will send Mitchell O'Donnoll. A capable young man, and CO of squadron Epsilon. Epsilon team will accompany him as your "elite" security. A last resort if you will. I will have ships cycle into protection of your station whilst I am not there.
I hope this is to your satisfaction, and that you still have that position for me. Thank you once more for the opportunity.
Councilman Joseph Wolf,
Secretary of Fleets and Diplomatic Affairs,
