Greetings and salutations. This message has been sent to all the officials of the Sirius Houses, except Gallia who has chosen not allow the Guild to operate in it's territory.
The Guild has had good relations with the four Houses of Sirius for a long time now. In this spirit of mutual cooperation i would like to extend an offer. A permanent contract between the Guild and the Houses concerning the bounties in your respective bounty boards. The bounty boards administrators will no longer have to pay individual bounties. Instead the contract stipulates flat rate fee payments of 30 million credits every month sent to the Guilds accounts. Hunters will continue to post bounties as usual for the targets of your own choosing but the Guild will take on the responsibility of rewarding individual hunters based on performance and number of kills. It will help us by rewarding teamwork and it will help you by cutting down on paperwork and the administrative tasks required to maintain a bounty board.
You may respond to this offer in this secure channel. When we will reach an agreement i will contact every house official in private so we can avoid unpleasant situations.

I am Deputy Commissioner Magnus Page of the Bretonian Police Authority, representing the War Cabinet on behalf of Her Royal Majesty and the Parliament. By a stroke of fortune, I previously administrated the bounty board and personally dealt with several of your claims.

Your proposal has been well-received by the Cabinet, and would fit extremely well into the required reduction of funds that the Authority in particular has been... wisely budgeted. I am sure Captain Darrow will not miss the paperwork that this would also remove on our part.

A new contract will be drawn up in the coming weeks for the Primary Guild Hunters, although others affiliated with your group will still be registered on the regular board. I do wish to make one point though: in no way was the previous arrangement temporary, as opposed to this "permanent" one.
