I have spotted three vessels traveling the reppu bend and noticed rather suspicious behaviour from the three of them. I say "traveling" what i mean is, they were loitering at a lane exit for the better part of half an hour.
The first time i went through they had just arrived and were being shot at by Universal Shipping escorts, at first i thought nothing of it, i am but a freelance trader and their enemies are not my business, but on a second pass i realised one of them was a liberty police vessel, an unregistered cruiser no less, and two small transport vessels.
Now what are Universal doing firing at the police? Is what i asked myself before taking a moment to scan their holds as i went past and saw a most worrying sight indeed.

Now an untrained mind might dismiss these cargoholds at a glance, but an experienced pilot knows that in the case of the cruiser, two liberty rogue vessels would not possibly be carrying that amount of byproducts, leaving me to believe he was killing other, notably more innocent, bystanders. And the two transport ships are carrying strange quantities of goods known to be transported through Galileo by several corporations such as Universal, Kishiro and Samura.
What i am getting at here, is i believe these vessels have been committing the crime of piracy upon the edges of Liberty space. While i am aware the systems bordering Liberty are not strictly under Libertonian control, they are still within your jurisdiction and at the very least there is a possibly stolen, unregistered Liberty cruiser impersonating a police vessel committing crimes.
I understand that this may not be of highest importance given the current situation with Gallia, but it is still wrong and i felt i had to report it.

I decided to trail the unlikely trio, out of my own curiosity, and saw them pass into the Zone-21 minefield. I am aware that this is a place of the highest security that i believe none of these three vessels have a right to be.
Sadly i do not have evidence for this as i was unable to follow, being an upstanding citizen and the like.
