Restarts templates are to make character creation faster, not to make Repsheet perfect.

It's not asking for the perfect repsheet, but asking for it to be changed because inRP Hackers use Junker bases from the get go themselves, why can't Junkers use hacker bases from the get go themselves? It's established that they supply them with Cardamine etc...
And I still stick by my previous statement, I see no reason why restarts should have priority over default rephacks.

Ech. Honestly. Why are you not picking on the fact that Planet Denver or Riverside Station is not in restart?

You are only mentioning the things you want, but in reality, they are not mandatory. Just get a bribe. Do few missions. It's oldschool method, but works.

Evidently I'm a minority when it comes to caring about the lore and roleplay backstory of bases then.

If so then, maybe the Lane Hacker restart should get curbstomped to being no-dock on Junker bases?
