yeah, we should sanction them if they deliberately say "Kill me" or something along the lines of that, since that is ooRP. Unless they delete their ship soon after.

There is no death in the freelancer universe. Escape pods work 100% of the time and cargo ships are replaced 100% of the time.
Somebody saying "kill me so i can respawn" is OORP, somebody saying "i'm not giving you anything" is perfectly inRP. The former can already be sanctioned (probably). You guys want to sanction the latter too, which is no
No, saying "kill me" and waiting for the pirate to kill you is ooRP. Telling the pirate "No way squallywag, going to make my way off to the base!" is RP.
Quote:3.3 Aggressors are not allowed to issue further demands during the same encounter after the trade vessel has complied, or destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand, in system or local chat, and allowing sufficient time to respond. "Halt" on its own is not a demand, however, a trade vessel can be destroyed if they refuse to stop after being asked to in the form of a proper demand.
What about something like this:
Quote:X.X Defenders are not allowed to show impracticable behaviour during the encounter after the aggressor has made a demand. Indicate some kind of communication in system or local chat is a must.
