I have been informed by the Kingdom that the Service now has a new branch managed by a monsieur called Pierre Martin.

I have tried the dock on your outpost for a warm bed and a good meal since I flew so much to try and meet you but... SURPRISE! It appears that the Service frequencies are not in your system, a thing that is pretty fishy in my opinion.

The papers you signed show pretty clear that you are part of the Service but you are not using its signing and its frequencies so I have several demands to you:

• explain who you are actually since you are not part of the Service
  
• if you are truely part of the Service then fix your docking systems and also be kind and pay the hotel room, the food bill from Planet Amiens and fuel we wasted travelling to your outpost for nothing
  

I expect to receive an answer for the troubles we have described above. Failure to do so, shall cause the authorities to be notified that something is wrong with your outpost and with your group.

My name is Arthur DeMarne. Unfortunately, my colleague Pierre Martin is in the sickbay right now after his ship had a rather sudden encounter with a large asteroid. At any rate, he's unable to answer this transmission for now.
Now. To business. It appears that a faulty component caused our docking control systems to block all ships apart from the ones from our division. I have already changed the component. However, Martin is the only one with the passwords necessary to add the GMS identification to the base's system, so I'm afraid you'll have to wait until he's awake to be able to dock.
About us being part of the service, we are a semi-independent branch owned by the GRN Punisher Squadron, using slightly different identification papers; but the Crown has our full allegiance. Merci for your attention.

I am wondering how you were able to dechipher this encrypted message adressed to a so called monsieur Pierre Martin.

Since you somehow managed to read this transmission, I am looking for more details related to your group and your outpost: you work for the Service but you do not allow other ships of the service to stop on your outpost? Interesting... Are you really part of the service?

Who are you guys really? From what I have been informed, there is a captain Pierre Martin that works for the navy. Has he retired from the navy and has now become a leader of the service? When did that happen?

If you have the password to decrpypt monsieur Martin messages, how come you do not have the rights to establish who lands on the outpost? You seem to be a king of manager...

Also I am interested in a list with the ships that currently have permission to dock aboard your outpost. We are pretty sure that something is wrong and we want to continue our investigations.

I do not possess the password to the base's computer system; however, this transmission arrived on the shared datapad we use as I was using it. Since you seemed quite angry and threatening, I decided to answer to avoid any problems caused by delays. I'll be talking to Mr. Martin after that, don't worry.
Now to answer your questions:
1) As I said, we are a semi-independent part of the service that is owned primarily by the GRN Punisher Squadron; the denial of docking rights is due to a regretful computer error. We of course work for the service.
2) Again, we are a semi-independent branch of the service (//indie faction) owned by the Punishers, to fund their operations on the frontline; Pierre Martin is... actually, I'm not sure what his state is regarding the Navy. I'll ask him when he wakes up.
3) Again as I said, I do not have the password; this just popped up on the screen while I was using the shared datapad.
4) Due to the computer mistake, the only ships currently allowed to dock are GMI- tagged ships; once the issue is resolved, both regular GMS and Royalist forces (GRN and GRP) will be allowed to dock.

For some moments I have only received some static and from time to time I have received some strange sounding parts that appeared to be part of a encrypted navy transmission.

I am still waiting for the confirmation that the Service has acces to the outpost. Also, I am informing you that you must allow the lawfull authorities to dock on the outpost at any time for investigations or other purposes.

Do not forget to pay the bill of our stay on Planet Amiens...

Bonjour sir Johnnie Lapierre,my name is Pierre Martin,i am also surprised how Arthur DeMarne got the access to this encrypted message,I'll take care of this personally,and make sure that won't happen again.We recruited him recently,but it seems that i need to investigate this case myself,also,i have to recheck my systems,it may be a hacker's work,so i need to be more careful.
If the problem persists,please don't give confidence to his posts.I am the only one in charge here and nobody has the right to speak in the name of Gallic Mining Industry.
Now,i apologize for the inconvenience,i am sure that i allowed the access to the base for the services,something might went wrong on the base's command,now everything is fixed,your vessels are always welcome to our outpost,i will take care myself that you will be received properly,and some tea will be prepared for your arrival.
As for docking permissions,only the following vessels have access:

• The Gallic Royal Navy's fleet
  
• IDF Shipping
  
• The Punishers Gallic Squadron
  
• Couple of independent miners,we are buying ore at the moment.
  
• And now,Gallic Metal Service is welcome.
