I've heard about this little collection of individuals through some checks on the Neural Net, as well as a passing encounter in Sirius space. Now. Not too many things catch my interest, however I admit the piloting style and attitudes however were quite.. interesting. Now. I may not be a citizen of Gallia at birth, thus my perhaps disgusting accent in the eyes of the people. However, I have been up here for quite a bit of time.

At any rate, I don't specialize in anything that you're looking for. However, after attending two and a half colleges, I have worked by way up the science ladder quite a bit. In particular, scanning technologies. More details of course can be disclosed later if you indeed share an interest. Which I am hoping you indeed do, seeing your mission statement.

In short, i'd like to sit down in this little organization of yours, bearing the flag and all. Under the circumstances of course, that a little R&D allowances can be allowed, aye?
