[color=#000000]1. By order of the Doragon council, any IFF that is not one of the following two, Blood Dragon or Golden Cyrsanthemum, will be forced to leave Dragon space.
2. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, one shipment of Cardamine from pre-indicated IFF is allowed per week, to pass trough to GC air space.
3. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, any transport with hostile IFF to enter Dragon space, will be shot untill the content of his or her cargo pods is ejected and destroyed.
4. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, any capital ship of "Friendly" to Hostile IFF will be forced to leave Dragon air space.
5. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, any IFF that indicates a treaty of some sort, will be escorted directly out of the system. Refusal to comply will result in termination of the treaty and vessel.
6. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, we must all remember that we are not mere criminals. Our ultimate goal is victory through politics!
7. By order of the Ryuu shiyakusho, any Dragon who gives away the location of Kyoto base shall be forced to commit Sepukku or shot into space.
Any vessel disobeying any of the orders stated above will be executed on the spot.

Good day, gentlemen. On my last visit to Kyoto it has come to my attention that there are now renewed proceedings when it comes to be granted access to your space. As loyal business partners we've decided to upload to you our vessels denominations so the Blood Dragon authority may more easily recognize our ships and as such avoid any misunderstanding in our future encounters.
For some time now, we had been worried about the growing number of lone mercenaries exploiting our reputation and marking their ships after our own colors. So much that recently we've decided to redo the marking pattern on our ships to a more distinct one, hoping that now we can avoid such a problem. As such, let it be known to you that all of our ships now have the MM~ marking on them instead of the old [M].
As much as we like to consider ourselves partners if not brothers in arms to the Dragons, we wouldn't dream of abusing that notion. Our pilots are instructed to announce themselves before hand if they are to approach Blood Dragon space, stating their intentions and requesting authorization to do so. If any Mandalorian pilot is ignorant enough not to do so, I'll see to it that he or she ceases to exist.
In turn I'd like to request that it be made possible for us to request permission and land on Kyoto in the event that we are operating in Kusari space and need to dock for repairs, given the fact that we are currently deemed enemies of the state considering our past actions against the KNF. That wouldn't mean, in any aspect, that we would dismiss those formalities mentioned and to which we are committed.

I want to register one of my ships
for entry of dragon space, I will obey all orders of the
dragons, and all the regulations, I wont tell the location of kyoto
name:

*before complaining how I get this ship read the following lines*
I got the ship from a good friend at the shipyard(i cant tell you his name)
he said to me that he cant build the ship without materials, so I transported
a huge amount of materials towards kyoto, and yes I know kyoto its on some oc maps.
He constucted it for me and I had to pay 30 mill at the end of it.
