'Ello, this may be quite a strange proposition, but I’ve contacted a few friends from the [RM] ranks, and have requested that a advanced weapons production facility must be put into operation as I feel that our military ships are too ill equipped with them unlike our neighbouring faction, the Republic of liberty.

Anyway, why must I contact you? Because the security of this base must be top notch and i have suggested that we build it in the Schatten security area, as its heavily defended, with a battleship, Schatten station defences and top notch security control from Schatten, It be a bloody surprise if we even say a Hessian try to enter the area. But for control of this, i propose i lead the development of those materials and hope that we can start spewing out Cloaks, docking modules and even jump drives for the War effort against liberty.

"Oh, but why trust a Military pilot, he's only a Feldwebel, he won't know nun-pwah" Say that, I’ll shut down my Xeno/Human augmentation project team at Schatten. So if you don't mind, I’d be happy to lead a team once again, but producing technology open to the military, and not just take a prototype and have it almost scrapped after months of work. Could you please grant the construction of this production facility, I promise you, it may take around a few weeks to get the modules being pumped out, But by then, security teams and researchers will be n that base aiding the War effort against liberty.

Once again, my reasons on building in the Schatten Secure area:
Higher security
Lower risks of attacks
[RM] and BDM| restricted access to that area
Production of advanced technologies

I'm WILL give full docking rights to the BDM| as well as [RM] officials.
RFP| Will not be necessary as we all know that that area does NOT exist but may be granted by your orders.

That will be all, I wish to have both permissions from the BDM and [RM] ranks, I do recommend that [RM] transports are used, but if you want a stronger workforce, I recommend that we use DHC- transports before we wipe their knowledge of the bases position and existence...

The technologies can be sold to the public for greater income, but things like 'Cloaking devices' will require your agents to hunt down some... Bodies... I object to the killing of them, but we do what we must, or I do what I’m told in this matter.

I apologize for my forward and honest approach to this idea of the base and anything else I may have mentioned off topic, but with this development of this facility, I hope that the science can benefit not just Rheinland, but the entire human race.
