Please be aware that after lengthy consideration, the TAZ have decided to decommission Ravenhurst Base.

It has been felt for some time now that the Base has accomplished its original purpose, it now serves little purpose other than as a monument to times past and no longer warrants the expense of its upkeep in Baffin. Therefore we have decided to concentrate our energies on activities more aligned with our view of the shape of Baffin and Sirius to come.

To this end, the decommissioning will take place with immediate effect and we give warning that shipping should steer clear of the Pueblo Bonito area of Baffin for the next two days to avoid potential damage during the process.
