Hello Bretonians. I was taking a trip through Manchester yesterday when I stumbled upon a base named Fortitudine. It seemed neutral, but I checked the base permits anyways, and didn't find it anywhere on the list. I think it was D3 where I found it, by the asteroid miners in Manchester. Just a bit southeast of the Newcastle jumphole. It also has a shield generator and 1 weapon platform.

We know about this and have spoken to the owner personally, steps are being taking to make this BMM base legal. Reframe from any attacks as it may take a few days for the owner to get his paperwork in order, And who knows how long it will take for the BPA) to actually respond to the request when it is done. First off, theres no encryption onthis transmission so I did not "bust in" secondly, The Salads are the only Law enforcement in Bretonia at the moment, Third since I found the owner before the shield was constructed and talked to him. I gave him the Laws and he is working on getting the transmission in to BPA comms which doesn't concern BAF on this point since it IS a police matter for the last 3 days.
