I +1 the idea. But i'm not sure about missions for Noms agains humans in Delta or elsewhere. Because they don't own a base nearby and it'd be a waste of time jumping 1/2 systems away just for 1 mission...

I already hate how random missions are made in FL and how little control they actually offer. Tweaking them into right condition gotta take a little while longer for the update. Simply throwing 8 nomad battleships in a mission isn't my view of difficulty.

And yes, the subject are missions for the Order and Guild Core to fly against Nomads, not the other way (and most certainly none of that nonsense from Phillip above).
