How come it doesnt have 400 cruise speed like every other LF?

Pretty sure its a hybrid HF the LF is the Morph if I remember correctly

I've taken a few moments to comapre the Nomad Light Fighter to a random other light fighter (In this case, it turned out to be the Hussar, Bretonian Light Fighter)

The Nomad Light Fighter seems to have a little higher turn rate, as well as a hitpoint bonus. However the numbers from each other are not terribly great.

There doesn't seem to be anything actually setting apart the Nomad Light Fighter from the others, unless these miniscule amounts mean anything to the 'balance' of things to drop the speed to 350. Heck, even the Infocard seems to say 400.

I'd have to leave this to the devs who balance things out, I can't come to a conclusion on my own about this certain subject.

The Nomad Light Fighter (Morph) cruises at 400m/s. I just checked it in-game.

P.S: The Labraid is not a light fighter.
